LabCorp

This morning was my first visit to this location and was extremely pleased. I was impressed to see how quickly the staff was processing patients. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. I was able to email my updated script and they saw me shortly thereafter. Overall, very please with the staff at this location...1604's morning traffic could use some help though. ~Joseph

Groomingdales Pet Salon

After being disappointed with a certain pet store in this area for a 2nd time, I found a few very positive reviews on the Nextdoor app for Groomingdales. I called and was given a number to text and leave a message and was given a response in a timely manner. I was told the next available slots for my two Pomeranian pups was 5 days later. When calling around, this seems to be the average wait for appointments if I wanted to bring both of my babies together. I dropped my babies off in the morning and picked them up 4 hours later and they looked so gorgeous and felt so soft - they still feel so soft. When I dropped them off I was asked how I wanted their cuts done and they were done exactly as I wanted it. I was told they would be given a sanitary cut first and would continue on with the full service cut if the pups behavior allowed it. I asked for a quote on pricing beforehand and was given an estimate depending on which services that would be completed. I was quoted the full price when I received the text that my babies were ready to be picked up. This was the first time I brought my babies home from a grooming service and they weren't showing any signs of stress or irritation. The price is very reasonable and I will definitely bring my babies back when they are due for their next grooming service. Most importantly is that they got their "sanitary cut". I'm glad I finally found a place where I can be sure that I will get the service I pay for. I attached some before and after pictures. The first picture is the "before" picture. They were pretty scruffy considering the pet store gave them their "sanitary cuts" one month ago. ~Norma

Goodwill Store and Donation Station

The prices at this store have gotten absolutely ridiculous. Whomever is looking up prices online in the back needs to realize the items at Goodwill are NOT new with tags. They are used and donated to them for free. And yes, they have to pay employees etc, but let's not pretend they get paid more than average. $20 for a run down purse from Aldo or Nine West is ridiculous. You can literally go nextdoor and find better deals at Burlington. $20 for kids Nike shoes in poor condition while you can go to the outlet and get new ones for $25. Goodwill has become super greedy and I hope it will backfire soon. ~Loes

Visionworks Forum at Olympia Parkway

I haven’t got any glasses with in the last 4 years. But this experience was so helpful and great. All the staff was very friendly. Today I had Victoria help me on picking out my glasses today. She was very helpful and took a interest in making sure the glasses went well with me and my personality. She was truly great and definitely made my visit simple and easy. Thank you again Victoria, I will definitely be back for her help and recommendations on my second pair!!! ~Eric
