What ever happened to customer service? I went today to get blood drawn and forgot a mask. I asked the one lady who was working with no other patients if she had a mask for me. She rudely said no and told me I would not be getting my blood drawn today if I did not get a mask. I walked over to the pharmacy and asked the kind lady there if I could have a mask and she gave me one. I went back inside and the rude technician said yeah they usually will give one. She could have nicely told me that to begin with. I’ve never seen such a rude, unkind technician . I work in the medical field and if my employee treated a customer that way they would be fired.

This blood draw did not hurt at all. I saw Jesse. I was very surprised. She is great!! She has excellent technique and was very nice.

I would give zero stars. I had a scheduled appointment for 11am. I told tge technician I did not have a mask. I was told I had to have one. I asked her if she could give me one. I was told she didn't have any and that I could go buy some in the store. She said they put out mask and people take them. I told her Quest should have the mask inside their office for patients only so mask are not taken by the general public. Also they should have enough I'm stock for the day. Unacceptable that I took off work and drove 20 min for this appointment to not get my necessary blood work done due to Quest not providing a mandatory mask when needed.

So very rude! I was waiting outside the office at the chairs provided. They never called me and when I went in to ask why they were behind she yapped at I was bumped and could not get my blood drawn even though I had an appt. I checked in and was there waiting! This is run by idiots!

Two employees, one of which was cordial, and the other one was extremely careless and disconnected. Had to place my urine specimen, with my personal information, inside the unsupervised window. Window already contained two other urine specimens from other patients- with THEIR personal information. HIPPA violation per DHHS. When I approached the Quest employee to notify her she was gossiping on what appeared to be personal phone call. After she disconnected the call, I informed her the window had more than one specimen in it and I was afraid that people would have access to them and tamper with them. She ignored me, said to “hold on”, and turned her back. I told her I was not waiting, just wanted to let her know of the risks that may cause. She completely ignored me. This is absolutely irresponsible, careless, and a violation. Which I would’ve asked for her name.

Don't go here. One hour in the waiting room WITH an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS TOO. Heres my story as to why i gave 1 star. I would give ZERO if I could. I showed up for an appointment at 3:10pm and waited for 30 minutes until I was called. I logged in and was assured that my lab work was in the system. When I got called to get my blood drawn, the lady couldn't find my lab work and told me I needed my lab form printed. I left and quickly printed my lab form. I came back 5 minutes later and after she finished with the person she was working with, she ignored me and called another person. I told her I had my lab work printed buy she said since I left she deleted my appointment and put me at the end of the list. She was extremely impatient and rude. I told her I had a babysitter and needed to get home and asked her how long it would take but she responded very rudely and dismissed me. I have now been in the waiting room for ONE HOUR WITH AN APPOINTMENT. No kindness or understanding from the staff. VERY SLOW AND LATE. Will not return again.

If I could give them zero, I would. very rude staff , both ladies were rude and unprofessional. I had to wait for a long time for them to answer and finally to be seen. very rough and disrespectful during blood work. these two ladies should of chose different profession. Don't recommend this place. Even though is 2 minutes from my home, I rather go to different location than deal with their harassment.

I had an appointment on 3/31 at 4:40pm yesterday to get blood drawn. I received a text message that said to check in by clicking the link when I arrived. Once I checked in, it gave me an option to wait in my car or inside the lobby and I would receive a text message when it was my turn. I chose to go in and wait until I received the text message. There are 4 chairs in front of the door (see photos). I looked inside the window several times making eye contact with a lady inside. She never acknowledged me so I assumed she was a patient. I often got up and looked inside. Just figured they were running behind. 1 hour later she and another lady walked out the door and I said I have an appointment. She said we are closed. I said but I had an appt at 4:40pm. She said no you don't have one and you should have come inside if you had an appt. I mentioned the text I received and she said I was lying. She also stated I was sitting at the wrong place and those were pharmacy chairs. She said people often get those confused and that she saw me out there. Both ladies were telling me it was my fault, never apologized, refused to help me and could care less about the situation. If they know people get confused, why wouldn't she come out and check periodically?! Why send a text saying to wait for another text??? The lack of empathy and rude behavior was beyond anything I've ever seen from a health care provider. I guess they don't care about their patients or bringing in business. They continued to argue with me as they walked out. I truly believe they knew I was out there and supposed to be seen but I was the JOKE of the day! JUST WOW! Don't waist your time with this place. I've attached a picture of wear I was sitting right next to the door for reference. I"m giving this 1 star because it will not let me post but they get ZERO from me.

Apparently you can have an appointment and have to wait 30 minutes, but can just walk in and wait 5 minutes to be taken care of first. Get it together! Appointments should obviously take priority to those who walk in way after. Common sense.

The worst customer service EVER! No patients there, and she was so rude…….. like we were an inconvenience (to do her job). Arrive 1 hour prior to closure, and she was annoyed. Can’t believe she still has a job. It’s like she enjoys being rude. Clearly a unhappy human. I have no patience for this type of behavior. Quest clearly does not care as I just read about her specifically. Never again.
