Not the best customer service but not the worst either. If you have any problem with any purchase, I recommend you take it with customer service on the phone rather than try to get it handled in person. They are not as understanding in person than they are on the phone.

Only 3 stars cuz only tried to charge my battery and found out they don't so can't give true 5 star rating since I didn't use service but they were nice and polite

The price for the two tires that I got was OK but it only included mounting them on the rims. Balancing them goes extra, this is completely ridiculous. Who mounts a tire without balancing it? The result was a costly repair and Walmart tries to weasel their way out of their responsibility. I won't go back ever, not to get out of the rain!

I came at 6:50am to make sure I was here exactly at 7am when they open and i came for a tire change and it’s been 5 hours almost going on 6 . This is ridiculous. It’s 12:37 and still don’t have my car back

Customer service is nice and polite, but they took a long time just for an oil change 2 hours and still waiting not cool

Good job but they do take their time. The workers jump around a bit from vehicle to vehicle. But my work was done well.
