I went into the Sneads Ferry, NC CVS today. I was the only customer in a packed store that was masked. I left and called the pharmacy to speak with manager/pharmacist and expressed my opinion regarding the irresponsible lack of protection policy. The Manager told me that CVS has no mask mandate. I then went to the REALO in Hampstead. You can’t enter without a mask. Kudos for REALO. Shame on CVS stupidity. CVS Pharmacy provides health care. They advertise vaccine and booster services, yet do not require customers to be masked during a pandemic. Totally stupid, irresponsible corporate behavior. Avoid shopping at CVS.

WORST CVS aside from Jacksonville on western. Never answer phones, horrible attitudes when you call them on their horrible service. I drove to Sneads ferry from Jacksonville on hold. When I got there I put the recording on speaker. Pharmacist told me to try calling. Lmao. Best CVS is Swansboro. Bigger town, less employees and great professional service. Swansboro should be a training store

Worst pharmacy experience I have had in years. My dog has had a script for seizure meds for over 10 years all of a sudden move here and the pharmacy refuses to refill on time even though signed up for auto fill. When I ask why I get told it is the branches policy to not fill less than 30 days because of schedule of drug. How have I gotten it for the last 10 years without issue. Don’t go here

Very disappointed with this store. I tried to return an electric razor I bought at a different cvs here. I had the receipt not the box. Fella said he had to have the product code, so I called the other cvs and they gave it to me. He tried using this and had terrible getting it to go (actually tried to charge me again at first) but couldn't. He asked his coworker, but when he said this store doesn't carry this razor she said, 'Oh no, we can't do that. Jack would kill us! " She offered store credit, which I declined, as I paid cash for the product. It is totally asinine that I should have to drive an hour to return a product to a cvs when I was standing in one. I've learned my lesson for buying things from this company!

The pharmacy here is terrible, I had an appointment at 2p.m. For my COVID vaccine and I waited an hour, the man at the front desk of the pharmacy was very rude and the actual pharmacist said he had my vaccine just sitting out and was waiting until 3:10, more than an hour after my appointment to give it to me, that info was relayed after my mom had to call them, absolutely unacceptable, please don’t go here for your vaccine and safety, your vaccine isn’t supposed to be out more than 15 minutes before administering and who knows how long mine was already out for, good thing I left before I could get it.

If no stars was an option that's what I would rate this pharmacy! We chose CVS over the local pharmacy in town because having an infant, we thought it would be more convenient since they are open seven days a week and offer a drive thru. We could not have been more wrong! They have messed up nearly every prescription we asked them to fill. Don't even think to ask them about transferring any medications from another pharmacy. It won't happen!

I travel to NJ every other month. It so happens that once before my medication was going to run out while I was in NJ and the nice woman on the phone said she would be glad to fill my anti-depressants. This time I call same thing I’m going to NJ and my prescription will run out. The woman on the phone was very rude, didn’t look up my information and told me my insurance wouldn’t allow it and I would have to fill it when I got back. I’m sorry you try going days without antidepressants. My prescription has gotten filled in advance for me several times so I know it can be done. Stop being lazy.

Our daughter caught a cold on vacation so we made a run to the nearest CVS to pick up some meds,... Carlie was helpful from the moment we stepped in the door... Asking if she could help, making sure we picked up a cold mist humidifier instead of warm mist, helping us apply coupons to our purchase, and wishing us the best of luck with our fussy 8 month old. Great service when all she 'had' to do was ring us up!

Normally I don't care to go to this location because of the service. However, after an insurance issue for my son's medication today I feel differently! Lynn is the person I spoke with on the phone and she went above and beyond to help me. On top of that, the new pharmacy manager Kelsey took the customer service to another level. Those two were definitely my angels today!! * I apologize if the names are spelled incorrectly*
