If you’re looking for a good place to kill an hour, read a good book, file your taxes, listen to a podcast, do your nails, change your oil, wash your car, walk over to McDonalds and get some food to eat while you wait, I highly recommend their drive thru. Update: 35 minutes later got my food Ordered: chicken tender basket sauced and tossed with gravy, a chilly dog and some Ketchup. What I got: chicken tender basket, sauced and tossed, ranch instead of ketchup, no chili dog and napkins shoved in the box so they got commented in bbq sauce. Girl at the window didn’t ring up the chili dog. Excuse was “sorry man, the girl taking orders is only 16”. Had like a 14 year old working the window one day. Feel like this is run by kids in a field trip.

This location should just be shut down… Every time I’ve gone there just for a slushy I’ve been told that they are “unable” to make slushes at this time” 🤨. Also I’m yet to figure out how an ice-cream shop is recently “out of ice cream”. Honestly… why continue to waste money on a restaurant that can’t/doesn’t produce a product? 🤷♀️ I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. So disappointed every time I go and order anything ☹️

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The workers don’t wear the appropriate uniforms to be sanitary. Went in and saw they were all in dirty pajamas, no hair nets, no gloves, and the place was filthy. To make matters worse the workers are extremely rude! I was drawn into an argument just trying to order my food because the worker told me I wasn’t ordering right. I asked for the manager when I could see I was getting nowhere and the worker told me she was the manager but would not tell me her name. I left without buying anything, I will never spend a dime at this dump ever again. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed. It’s no wonder hardly anyone goes there, absolutely disgusting. Thank you for the ingenue reply Dairy Queen representative. Look at all the reviews that say the exact same thing as mine. You’re workers are disgusting, rude, and lazy. The restaurant is mismanaged and unhygienic. I can’t believe the slobs working there earn minimum wage. There is usually a line around the block for McDonald’s right next door but hardly anyone goes to Dairy Queen because all it takes is a single experience there to know the place is rotten and the experience will be frustrating.

My in-laws were here at the end of April to visit and we tried multiple times to get ice cream while they were here to no avail. The workers caught an attitude when we asked for ice cream, because we didn’t see the “notice” they had posted. Absolutely appalled to see that this place still doesn’t have ice cream. It’s been almost 2 months.

Been here 6 times, out if the 6 times we've only been able to get icecream twice due to the ice cream machine being broken or the store being closed all together. We've not ordered food from this location. Disappointing DQ 😔

This store is incapable of managing itself. Three times in two weeks they have either had their machines broken all day so they couldn’t serve ice cream, had no ice cream cakes cause they didn’t hire anyone, or completely run out of vanilla ice cream. It’s a great location with friendly staff but how hard is it to manage a franchise with no competition? Seriously the owner/manager needs to move on to something else….

They literally never have ice cream. Gone four times this last month and every time was told it was a 30-45 minute wait on ice cream. So tonight, I called ahead and was told “yes, we have ice cream”. I explained why I called and asked a Dairy Queen such a ridiculous question and was just told “yes. We have ice cream.” Thee was no warning that this could change. So I fixed dinner and then went to get ice cream. What do you know: “just so you know it’ll be a 45 minute wait for ice cream.” When I informed the guy that I had called beforehand he informed me “well then, you should have come when you called.” Lol. This place is a train wreck. He proceeds to say that the ice cream machine can’t keep up. Ok, well this has obviously been an issue for quite some time, so I’m not sure why whoever owns this dumpster fire isn’t rectifying the issue. What self-respecting human waits 45 minutes for ice cream…don’t waste your time, I can guarantee you they won’t have ice cream.

About a month ago went to get ice cream and was told it was a 40 minute wait for ice cream, that's fine stuff happens....went back a week later and was told there was no ice cream...what??.....just left the drive thru without ice cream because tonight it was a 25 minute wait for ice cream.....it's been a month, three trips, no ice cream...at a DAIRY QUEEN!! what are you doing milking the cows and churning the ice cream in the kitchen??? I mean it can not be this hard for a dairy queen to have ice cream. At this point just shut it down and see if cold stone can do better.

Last time i came here i got chili cheese dogs got no cheese. This time i came tried to add cheese to the chili dog they refused and i told them what happened last time and had an attitude and told me to call corporate. Didnt think it was a big deal to get anyone in trouble for .30 of sprinkled cheese but i will be sure to call corporate no wonder this place has 3 stars they tell you to tell on them 😅 unbelievable. I left and had friendly fast customer service at taco bell and it was cheaper!

Update March 5th, 2022: What kind of a jerk do you have to be to give a customer "gravy" that is the consistency of water? You can't tell me that you didn't realize it was wrong when you literally poured it into the little cup like water. It has a nasty flavor like uncooked biscuits and isn't anywhere close to the consistency of gravy. Seriously, what is wrong with you? I would rather you told me you were out of gravy like last time. Taking away another star, down to 1 now. I have to update and lower my review. Today, March 13, 2019, I ordered the 1/2 lb burger combo without onions. Not only did I get onions, but there was a large chunk of the end of a lettuce head, and the meat was way over cooked. The fries were not overcooked, but were very hard from sitting under a heat lamp way to long. I will not be eating here again. (Original review - Burgers and ice cream, hard to go wrong.)
