I showed up late around 12 after being in the field with 6+ different orders, no problems, food came out hot, no attitude (even though I deserved it) and everything came out quick, best McDonald's service so far 👌

For one we waited literally 45 mins for our breakfast. Which included 2 pancakes, 2 sausage burritos,4 bacon egg and chz McMuffin 4 danishes and an iced coffee. We didn't even get half of what we ordered. And what we did get was absolutely awful. The pancakes were hard all around the edges, my coffee was completely watered down...etc....every time I go there (I live in this town and there aren't many food places...so I have no choice but to go often) we always have some sort of issue.... Craziness

Been to Sneads Ferry McDonald five times or more and every time i went..it was a longgg wait. Sandwhiche were throwed together as if in a mad rush. I understand its hard to get good reliable help..but sitting at the ordering screen for fifteen minutes is rediculous. If youre short staffed at least talk to me and tell me something instead of making customers sit there without any kind of response. One guy stood inside waiting on a egg mcmuffin he returned that was black burnt for fifteen mintes. Manager appologized but should have offered the customer an apple pie or the inconvenience. Cannot go back.

Older cashier was a mess , she didn't know what she was putting in and kept on changing order. Fries great fresh. Sandwiches was ok. Coffee was also. Place was clean and workers somewhat friendly

Since when did a ice cream cone cost 1.49 on line it shows 1.00 worst McDonald's in business. Stay in line for 7 minutes 2 cars ahead of you with 2 windows open if they were any slower a snail would be faster. On line it don't show 1.49 for a cone. Need to up date. I sure won't stop at this McDonald's again. Not worth the time or money.

Tried to use the drive-through at 3:00 am and it was completely shut off. Everyone inside was just standing around at a table talking. Definitely not open 24 hrs Edit: Went back early morning again and don’t count on getting served anytime close to when they don’t have to serve you. They’re closed from 3:00-5:00. I got to the ordering screen at 2:47 and no one answered then they proceeded to turn off the screens while I was in line. Terrible service

1029 they will not serve you breakfast. It's the only business I know that doesn't serve basic eggs while it's still morning time. I'm not exactly sure why somebody needs a double hamburger and a dose of french fries at 10:30 in the morning but that's what they had available. I don't know what economics prevents you from cooking eggs when you're already cooking other things. But we left without purchasing anything. Lots of people were recommending Denny's so we went there

Who even works there? I really just don’t understand how it’s so hard to mess up some of these orders, but not even ATTEMPTING to put all the fries into a large container is impressive. I get it, it gets busy and maybe some little things happen here or there. The problem is that every time I go there, there’s a minimum of one problem. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but how can you come between a man and his large fries? You’ve gone too far this time. I’ll accept the soda that they didn’t want to fill to the top, the 9 nuggets they gave me instead of the 10, but my fries... my poor, already cold, unsalted, soggy, half filled large fries deserve better.

I Uber Eated a Big Mac meal and a 40 piece nugget today and when I received the food and set it down on the counter, I noticed it was leaking everywhere, opened the bag and on top was the food and on bottom, laying on its SIDE was my large coke. Which ofc spilled everywhere, causing all of my food to be soggy with coke and my counters were covered. And once I went through the food I had ordered a LARGE Big Mac meal and received a medium frie. Wasn’t very happy at all considering it’s a 38$ meal and I tipped 7$ for terrible service
