Kind of rude!! Called during normal business hours no one answered, called again someone hung up on me, tried a third time and got an answer and the man told me no and hung up!! That’s cool didn’t want to give you my business anyway!!

Got my first 2 tattoos here a couple days ago. I had come in on super short notice and was seen the next day, got my design drawn up in about an hour. The artist (Brian, I believe) did am absolutely amazing job considering the references I gave him certainly weren't the best, and he was impeccable at giving a quote for the time it would take to finish the job. Overall, I'm more than happy with my experience and will hopefully be back in just a few weeks for more ink!

If I could leave 0 stars I honestly would! My son and his friend stopped by the local vape store next to them and they parked in this shops parking lot. A shorter bald man told them to use the other stores parking lot next time which is completely acceptable and I understand this! But to run up on 2 17 year old kids threatening to fight them and accusing them of flipping you off (there’s a inside facing dash cam on the car and no vulgar hand gestures were made towards this man) . He then proceeded to yell at them and goad them into getting out of the car and be men and fight them. This is completely unacceptable and I cannot fathom why a grown man is trying to fight 2 young kids. Next time how about you pick on someone inside of your own age group instead of harassing 2 young men .

The owner/artist is the rudest, most unprofessional person of any tattoo artist I have ever dealt with. I have thousands of dollars worth of ink tattooed on me and this dude was very immature. Clayton Dooley is highly recommended. The dude that owns the place just lost my business because of his condescending attitude toward me.

I absolutely love this shop! The artist here are truly talented and anyone can see it from their work. Clayton Dooley has done not only my work but also my husband, mother and father in laws, and little brother! I've yet to see a piece that has been anything but exceptional. Their shop is a clean and laid back environment. If you're looking for a talented artist in the Shawnee area True Custom Collective is your place!!
