Only one line with a cashier available around 5 PM. Plenty of employees around the self check out lanes, but not able to assist you unless you have a credit card. Would not let me do a self checkout payment with cash. No one could help me pay cash unless I stood in the only cashier line in the store. It was not a short line. Really curious as to why both visits there has only been one cash register open, but so many employees loitering around together. It took a two employee team to tell me they couldn't assist me after they watched me wait in line for self checkout. One of them Definitely could have stood away from their friend and notified people in line prior to scanning items. Or even opened up another cash accepting register. The woman who cashed me out was fabulous and obviously overworked. Very polite and definitely carrying the weight of the team. I was charged the incorrect amount for an item. Very disappointed I will have to return.

This Walmart is almost always out of everything. They restock shelves even during the busiest shopping times, yet there’s still hardly any items on the shelves. They recently increased the amount of self check outs but then keep half of them closed. They rearranged the whole store and there’s no longer any flow of where things are located. Never any employees available in the tech department or jewelry or clothing/fitting rooms. They also either don’t have or refuse to use any air conditioning. It’s very hot and stuffy throughout the store. Even just some fans would be extremely helpful. The whole place feels chaotic and messy

Just encountered a "worker" who seen me halfway down the isle with my cart. He continued down same isle with his heavy object in tow and expected ME to back up for him. I told him he seen me and continued to still come down the isle. I left my cart, which he probably relocated, which is fine. But talk about entitlement issues and pure rudeness. Wish I got his name, but this is enough of his 15 minutes of popularity. This reminded me why I don't shop at this location....

One of the things that makes me the most mad is that they will mark your order as "picked up" right away when you get there, and still have you waiting for 15-25 more minutes before they bring it out. They are spinning an illusion to their corperate office that their pickup times are fine -no doubt so someone(s) higher up can get a bonus- and its all of us down the chain that suffer. This is why nothing changes because theres 'no issue according to their computers' about their times. Go there on any given day and just drive back there where pickup is and look. Its always a disaster. Its definitely not the staff, they appear very overwhelmed themselves. Its quicker to go inside and shop for a full basket, than it is to wait for them to bring out our order. They had to add more parking spots because theres always so many poeple waiting that the dont all fit! They just replaced all human cashiers inside with self-checkout so why arent those ex-cashiers over picking orders or loading orders into cars since that seems to be the area they need more people at???

Terrible. Recently moved sections make it impossible to quickly get what you need. Nobody respects social distance in Bernalillo. Dirty, crowded Walmart...drive elsewhere to avoid it. Bread has been moldy too.

This used to be the best of the Walmart’s. Now it’s just as much of a disaster as the rest. Miserable employees, shelves are never stocked, not because of the fake supply chain issues, it’s because they aren’t open 24 hours anymore and cut a bunch of staff. There are pallets of product EVERYWHERE all the time. Some stay in the same place without being touched for weeks. What is available on the shelves is blocked by boxes and pallets. Walmart saw that they could get by on reduced hours, reduced staffing, and all of us would adapt. They even cut their AC to save money. Don’t worry though, they keep raising prices though, have to keep those record profits rolling in. It’s all around a miserable experience, even more so than it used to be. That’s really saying something.

For the most part all of the employees you encounter at Walmart are friendly. There are the occasional sour employees who can make the experience unpleasant. The store is conveniently located for me and has relatively good prices. Out of things often but I'm sure that is due to current trucking and suppliers issues. However do wonder at times if they are just not stocking their shelfs. Some areas of the store are really messy like the clothes. I tried to shop for a bra the other day and that section was a disaster. Good example of too much of one size and not enough of another and brands all mixed in together like a puzzle and maze. You couldn't find anything if you wanted to. The greeting cards are another example of a sorry mess. No one pays attention to this section either. Where are the managers? I heard a news story that the Walmart Corp was letting employees go. Are they crazy? Any way overall a good store. -Bernallilo Walmart

Recently had knee surgery, so I relied on grocery pick up to get the things I needed. On this morning I made a reservation for a time slot on a Saturday evening. Pick up was expected to be between six and seven. I was there at six, my order said preparing, it was now 7:12 and not one person had to come to ask me if I had an order or anything so many others we’re getting their groceries as I sat there for over an hour wasting my time. I had things to do so I had to cancel this order. I did not end up having groceries that evening because of this and was unable to schedule another pick up elsewhere as it was later in the day. This was incredibly inconvenient and when I called the manager he was completely insensitive to the issue. When I canceled it disclosed that it would possibly be charging me for items that were prepared for me to pick up. I honestly thought that had to be a general statement. Until I was charged for most of this order, totaling $143.59 . I am still attempting to get my money back. As it was not my fault my order had to be canceled as it was undelivered to my vehicle.

They ignored me for an hour and twenty minutes after begging for my groceries several times. They helped everyone else before me including everyone that arrived after me. Never gave me an explanation as to why they wouldn’t bring me my order. never answered the customer line to check in, I called for an hour straight . never apologized for anything and hung up on me when they did finally answer. The employees are all inconsiderate, rude, and clearly not taught how to interact with guests politely. Lack basic common sense and common decency.

I shopped there at about 0730. Good time to go, not crowded. I picked up dog food, dog cookies( lowest price anywhere). Got TP, tape for Christmas presents ( yes, I'm starting to make Christmas presents). I found picture hangers over in hardware for a plaque I made. I used my laser.
