I would have been happier if my 5 dollar coupon would have been used!! Whole reason I went today because it was good only for today. I saw that I missed it by 10 cents and I asked the guy if I needed to get one more thing? And he gave me a bogus number of 5 dollars more. But after looking at my receipt really good. I never got my 5 dollars off! It should be on the receipt I would imagine. He could have been a little more helpful about using it! Saying "Sir if you want to use the coupon you need to buy a candy bar" or something like that. I gave 3 stars because they did have a good sale on cat food. I could have saved a 3 dollars more if I would have bought all loose cans. They did not give the discount on the boxes with the same exact cans! ~Michael

Adhere to the stereotype and never get your haircut at a walk in facility especially the Super Cuts in Bernalillo. The hair stylist basically butchered my hair and punished me for choosing Super Cuts. I went in with waist length hair and left with my shortest layer being in the middle of my head and my longest layer is barely at my neck line. I don't get haircuts often and foolishly chose to go here. I have never seen such a terrible haircut. She didn't even leave enough to pull back. NEVER receive services from this place. If I could give 10 stars I would! I was passing through and needed some tires. Spoke with Gabriel on the phone and he verified they had my size and added me to the system while I drove there so I was ready to go. They got my Suburban in the bay promptly and Gabe & Jose had me on the road in 30 minutes. Everybody there was professional, polite, and did an outstanding job representing Big O tires. Recently had knee surgery, so I relied on grocery pick up to get the things I needed. On this morning I made a reservation for a time slot on a Saturday evening. Pick up was expected to be between six and seven. I was there at six, my order said preparing, it was now 7:12 and not one person had to come to ask me if I had an order or anything so many others we’re getting their groceries as I sat there for over an hour wasting my time. I had things to do so I had to cancel this order. I did not end up having groceries that evening because of this and was unable to schedule another pick up elsewhere as it was later in the day. This was incredibly inconvenient and when I called the manager he was completely insensitive to the issue. When I canceled it disclosed that it would possibly be charging me for items that were prepared for me to pick up. I honestly thought that had to be a general statement. Until I was charged for most of this order, totaling $143.59 . I am still attempting to get my money back. As it was not my fault my order had to be canceled as it was undelivered to my vehicle. ~M.

Best pharmacy and employees ever. Have tried CVS and Walgreens neither are as good. Check their ratings which are under 3. I trust this pharmacy. They have a process that ensures accuracy. They know me and now I know most of their names because I care about them too. Respect! ~Gene
