Recently had knee surgery, so I relied on grocery pick up to get the things I needed. On this morning I made a reservation for a time slot on a Saturday evening. Pick up was expected to be between six and seven. I was there at six, my order said preparing, it was now 7:12 and not one person had to come to ask me if I had an order or anything so many others weโre getting their groceries as I sat there for over an hour wasting my time. I had things to do so I had to cancel this order. I did not end up having groceries that evening because of this and was unable to schedule another pick up elsewhere as it was later in the day. This was incredibly inconvenient and when I called the manager he was completely insensitive to the issue. When I canceled it disclosed that it would possibly be charging me for items that were prepared for me to pick up. I honestly thought that had to be a general statement. Until I was charged for most of this order, totaling $143.59 . I am still attempting to get my money back. As it was not my fault my order had to be canceled as it was undelivered to my vehicle. ~M.
