Very dirty. The bathroom is dirty The shelves were they display the products are dirty. Pharmacy and Cleaning should go hand to hand. I just got Medicare and I decided to choose CVS, but I will never go back.

Literally the worst pharmacy in the area. There is no speed or urgency, tasks that take 5 min take an hour. Don’t waste your time and money.

If I could leave this store a -5 stars I would, the customer service is literally the worst. The lady at the register SHARON is literally the rudest person I have ever dealt with. And not once but twice, it seems like she has something against people who coupon which is NOT what I was doing. I came into the store the last time she checked me out i knew I did not want to deal with this lady again, so when I came the second time months later I didn’t need her help I could check out on my own bcus I didn’t want to deal with her she said “OH LET ME GUESS YOU HAVE COUPONS” like lady what????? Then she proceeded to stand there and stare at me check out when she was just walking around as people checked out. I never get on here to complain about poor customer service but this is ridiculous this lady doesn’t need to be up at the front dealing with customers she doesn’t even care to greet people this is what customer service means to CVS. I will never come to this store again I rather spend my money somewhere people aren’t yelled at because the employee thinks you’re couponing.

Jinan is the most honest, kindhearted and personable pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She always goes above and beyond to help me and my wife. The pharmacy staff whose names I don't know are very polite and professional

Don’t bother making an appt. You’ll have to wait forever anyway. I had an appt to get my daughter vaccinated and waited 40 minutes. There was no one else there. No other vaccination appts. Today is the same situation for her second dose. It’s been 24 minutes. Still waiting. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Any where else but here.

Very rude when I asked them to run a VA voucher so my meds would be free. Now they are being very slow and rude to the other pharmacy staff trying to get my prescription transfered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been over 24 hours since my husband was released from the hospital and his scripts put in. He has yet to get his blood pressure and blood thinners. I have called multiple times with no answer, even spoke to a store manager who had no sympathy and couldn't even make sure I got a call back. We even tried to have the scripts transferred to Walmart who was told they couldn't fax it for at least 2 hours. Never happend. This is unacceptable when you have life saving mediations that are needing to be filled. I am now about to have to take him back to the er since he can not get his medications.
