If the stars align maybe the app will work. Every two or three weeks they will change their name between happy state bank and centennial Bank. This bank started out amazing but now it's 100 trash 🗑️ I'm closing my accounts and will never return. This bank has caused so many problems. This bank and there never ending mergers have caused my credit to drop 64 points. They declined all my bills for weeks and would not allow me on my account. Stopped me from sending money to the Philippines TO MY FIANCE WILE SHE NEEDED TO GET TO MANILA TO THE EMBASSY FOR HER INTERVIEW! THANK GOD FOR FRIENDS. ~Joseph

Very Unprofessional and rude branch I have ever seen. All the Teller have the Personality problem. The only reason I am with this bank is because of the MSB account . I have 5 business Account with this bank . I don’t want to come to this location but have to some times .There is a lady ,she called herself a Assistant manager ,with lack of training . She one time refused to open one bank Account with all documents it need to open and I went to Arlington Lamar branch with no single question got account set up . Second time I tried scheduling for a COVID booster and I called the number attached to the store, was told it was in stock. I get to the pharmacy and they said it isn't in stock and a call center handles their store calls and does not know if they have the booster in stock or not. Clear communication with the customer is not set and either the store or the region needs to change that. ~Tim

Jinan is the most honest, kindhearted and personable pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She always goes above and beyond to help me and my wife. The pharmacy staff whose names I don't know are very polite and professional ~Anthony

My son had all four of his wisdom teeth extracted this morning. I dropped of his prescription with the pharmacist who told me the medication would be ready to be picked up in two hours. The pharmacist was very nice and professional. When I returned two hours later to pick up his prescription, the elderly lady working the drive through told me that the prescription would not be ready for an additional two hours. I told her my son had all four of his wisdom teeth surgically extracted this morning and he is in pain. She was rude and repeated the prescription will be ready at 2:00 pm.. He had his teeth extracted at 8:00 am! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CVS AGAIN, AND I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIANCE WITH MY FREINDS AND FAMILY! ~James

Been coming to this particular location for the past five years and for good reasons. While waiting for my tire to be fixed, I watched the manager come out to the garage and pass out what looked like little Debbie snacks to all the workers. Then watched the morale and pep of everyone rise. That’s the kind of management I like to see and probably why I have gotten above board service ! Great job Discount Tires in Bedford!! ~Jamie
