Drove my vehicle over the curve and damaged my bumper. I just recently got the bumper repainted 2 weeks ago. Employees were very inconsiderate. Employees were arguing with me about no damage being done. The car was literally driven up almost to the tires from the curve. Very unfriendly service and very slow. Still waiting on claims process for the damage.

I’ve been to a lot of locations over the years but this is by far & away the absolute best! The 2 ladies & gentlemen that just pulled 2 screws out of one of my tires & fixed it were outstanding! Friendly, funny & nothing but nice. Not to mention, insanely fast! You guys absolutely exceed my expectations!

I came in for two new tires, and a donut size replacement tire. Make an appointment before you come, if you can, it saves so much time. Catelyn was an amazing lady to work with and really on top of her game, even after the afternoon rush. This is a great place to come.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and they have always given me good deals on tires. However my latest experience has me questioning whether to return here, perhaps it’s just this location. So the issue I ran into was with price matching, their initial quote was higher by almost 25% than another competitor. I asked for price match, was told to bring the competent quote, I went back and got it another day. This time they want me to apply for their credit and only then they’ll price match. At this point I was done, if you are going to make jump hoops to give you business I’ll just take my loyalty elsewhere. You can either match a price or not, just say yes or no, don’t ask customers to jump hoops.

I buy two tyre before so I went there. In second time I am Waiting 2 hrs with kids.after 2hr, still they said to wait 1 more hr. Who gone a pay our waiting time. Why don’t they let us know it will take 1 more hr beforehand. Even the employees don’t feel and realize that we are giving poor service. Cheap experience

Firstly, I’d like to mention that I’ve been using discount tire for over 15 years and not all experiences were great, but I’ve never had one this bad. I’d also like to point out that their business model awards the "front desk" people based on their sales numbers as I’ve been told by several of their employees. So if you call with a question most of their technicians have no problem passing you along to a less experienced tech if it means their sales will improve by helping the next customer. Usually it isn’t a big deal for me personally, however the less experienced tech was less than helpful today. The person explained to me that without a proper rotation and balance history their road certifications would be invalid due to wear and tear. I then explained to him that the tires they sold me were completely worn down with less than 25k miles on them and they were warrantied for 55k miles. That’s quite a large gap. After a bit of back and forth he asks a more experienced tech who agreed that the amount should be prorated based on the large differences in mileage. Great! Now my car is in line! I asked for a rotation and balance. They finally replace the tire and notify me that it’s done. I get to my car which is parked across the parking lot and notice that the tires aren’t rotated or balanced! This is beyond ridiculous at this point. I ask them again to rotate and balance the tires and they looked confused. On person even told me they couldn’t because of certain mechanical problems I could encounter like they know the service history of my car! Only my mechanic and I know that! At this point my time and patience had been stretched thin. My wife passed away recently and this was the only day I have available to donate some of the items I have to the local women’s shelter. Another location will have to service my vehicle soon! I don’t know if all this was done intentionally or it was sheer incompetence but it doesn’t matter. Be very aware of what’s going on at this location! You deserve to have your car safely cared for!

Discount tire is amazing! Hard to find honest businesses these days, but Discount Tire definitely is. My daughter was losing air in her tire. It would have been so easy for them to say she needed a new tire. Instead, they were honest and told her a tag inside the tire was causing it to lose air. 5 minutes later and $0.00, she left with her tire fixed. This is why we will always use Discount Tires any time we need tires.

Made an appointment but was able to come a few hours early to drop off my car. They found the nail and got me patched up. Busy place but seemed efficient. Can't say enough good things about discount tire and all they have done for me in the past.

Been coming to this particular location for the past five years and for good reasons. While waiting for my tire to be fixed, I watched the manager come out to the garage and pass out what looked like little Debbie snacks to all the workers. Then watched the morale and pep of everyone rise. That’s the kind of management I like to see and probably why I have gotten above board service ! Great job Discount Tires in Bedford!!
