Very Unprofessional and rude branch I have ever seen. All the Teller have the Personality problem. The only reason I am with this bank is because of the MSB account . I have 5 business Account with this bank . I don’t want to come to this location but have to some times .There is a lady ,she called herself a Assistant manager ,with lack of training . She one time refused to open one bank Account with all documents it need to open and I went to Arlington Lamar branch with no single question got account set up . I will not give a rating To this branch .

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE ABSOLUTE PLAUGUE & I DO MEAN THAT TOTALLY & COMPLETELY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IN ANY AND EVERY WAY THEY POSSIBLY CAN, AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY INSANE!! AT ONE POINT THEY HAD VERY IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE ITEMS ANF WOULD NOT LET US GET INTO OUR SAFTEY DEPOSIT BOX!!! WE HAD LOST THE KEY , AND THEY TOLD US A SPECIAL LOCKSMITH HAD TO COME OUT TO MAKE ANOTHER KEY , FAIR ENOUGH, AND THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US $100, N WOULD CALL US WHEN THEY HAD IT SET UP. THEY NEVER CALLED!! THEN ABOUT A MONTH LATER INFORMED US THAT SINCE WE WERE UNAVAILABLE WHEN THEY CALLED US FOR THE LOCKSMITH, THEY'D NOT CALL HIM AGAIN FOR 6 MONTHS!!! I WISH I WERE MAKING THIS UP, BUT IT'S TOO CRAZY TO MAKE UP, AND THIS IS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!! BUYER BEWARE!!
