Everyone is responsive. Help is great. Repairs rapid. Lots of helpful people. Hope that we get a community room. Library needs organization, but is nice to have. Need more visible security. Too bad access to garage is not handicap accessible. Those stanchions could go as they interfere with handicap accessibility. ~Sandy

This Western Union location is horrible!!! They are always quick to take $ when your sending to someone else but when your trying to receive $ they never have enough $..it’s so ridiculous...they should just shut the Western Union down at this location ~Stanley

Truly cannot understand how this company has this rating on Google. We had an out of state move - it took almost 2-months for our items to arrive, with most of the furniture being broken. They won't allow us to file a claim and the company they claim they use for insurance does not work with them...Also - they charged over $1,000 more than the estimate ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE ... Truly horrible. Would never ever recommend Since I cannot reply to the owners comment I am editing my previous review. That is correct, my name is not on the move because my boyfriend was coordinating the move and it is in his name. We have been in touch regarding claims and the company Deluxe told us to contact says they do not work with the company... Service: Interstate moving ~Maggie

They left more than 25% of our home behind, demanded thousands more under the table, knowing we had no choice being strapped for time. They Stored our furniture in a non temperature controlled unit for 3 months at $700 a month! And ALL OF OUR FURNITURE arrived broken and covered in mold!!!! We have been asked to resubmit our extensive claim 6 times! It’s been an absolute nightmare. We paid over $14,000.00 to lose over $30,000 in furniture. And they are very flippant on the phone. Today I was informed by the third party claims agent that fragile moving denies these claims and drags them out on purpose. I am trying to find who they are insured by, to file a liability claim. But It’s been a nightmare. We will never use Fragile moving or New leaf moving company who knowingly subcontracted these criminals. It’s 3 months later, daily trying to get answers. So by The end of January, if we are not reimbursed and restored, we are suing NEW LEAF, and FRAGILE. The attorney firm has enough to burn both companies for hurting so many people. We are also informing the military commands to blacklist their services. ~Brooke
