Went there yesterday March 5th to get some sneakers and when I move the bags there were mices. Pest control I don't think so. I think my blankets are ruined I'm not sure. Let you know in the future. You have to be careful now with your receipts when it was travel Island it was okay but when it changed to CubeSmart they have gotten very green they went up from 66 dollars for a 5x5 storage that I had since November and it was treasure Island now is CubeSmart sends me a letter saying welcome trust customer your rate will be going up to 77 that was okay but when I got the bill who was $82 and some change I reported it and spoke to them they can't even give me a receipt I lost blankets due to rats comforters they don't care all they say is we can't do that and what I mean by that is can you print me a letter saying why you charging me this. There answer was oh we don't do that like can't even know you an invoice you have to go pick it up. This is the lousiest place that I spend my money on saving my property items. PS don't go there get another storage place then CubeSmart. 100% I'm telling you the truth.

Very clean and very friendly staff when going to rent a unit out the staff is well informed so that the customer gets the correct information and will be aware to know that their property is well safe and secure I'll definitely recommend here for anyone who want to store their belongings

I truly like the service and the storage areas are always kept cleaning and the workers are so very curious to the customers as well and yes I would recommend this storage to family and friends as well as others and I give Treasure Storage a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating 😊

I am very pleased with my rental unit. The weekend hours of availability provide patrons ample time to make numerous trips to the facility if needed. The facility is maintained well and the customer service experiences are positive.

I am recently new to Paterson and a friend recommended Treasure Island Storage. The staff was amazing.. They were extremely friendly and courteous and tremendously helpful all with an amazing friendly and professional personality. The units are very clean and easily accessible. Treasure Island has great and affordable prices as well. I highly recommend this storage company and their staff.

These guys are awesome. They're helpful, communicative, and professional. I had them move things from three different locations over a period of three months and it's never a problem. The guys are super nice, super helpful and just all around amazing. Couldn't have asked for a more convenient storage solution for random items that I didn't have space for while traveling / in between apartments. SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
