Checked in on line. Said 23 minute wait. More like over an hour. One hair cutter, playing some crazy non English Egyptian music. Ridiculous. It's also strange that they sanitize everything before each customer but they use the same cape on each customer. Smh

This Great Clips location is an absolute disaster. Totally understaffed with Stylists, they do not open on time quite often and the overall Service is lacking. The Owner of this Great Clips Salon informed me of the fact that if anyone has an issue with their location and calls Great Clips Corporate, nothing happens with the exception that he gets notified that a complaint was filed. It's our problem a customerss and if we don't like it it's too bad. Service: Haircut

I went in for a haircut today and had a bad experience. Hairdresser was mumbling under her breath about another hairdresser, cut more hair then I asked and I asked for side bangs and she cut them unevenly. The whole thing felt rushed. I'd rather have my boyfriend cut my hair..

They totally overbooked and we never got in. They told us to wait 2 hours just for them to close. If you like waiting hours for a chance to get service go here, otherwise don’t bother.

I was waiting for a haircut yesterday and one of the stylists was extremely rude to an older Hispanic couple that was attempting to sign in. She raised her voice and refused to enter them into the system without providing a new phone number, then she walked away from them to clean her station saying "I can't deal with this right now". After the couple left without getting signed in, she said to her co-worker, "if you are in this country you should speak the language". Bound Brook, NJ has a thriving Hispanic population so there should be no surprise that customer-facing businesses will encounter issues such as this. I left without getting a haircut after calling out the employee for her treatment of the couple. Update : The company reply is a "generic" response and NOT from the owner. I had already contacted customer support via email before I posted the Google Review. I was able to locate the name of the Salon franchise owner (Joanne McDonald) but I have not heard from her at all since this happened. In fact, I heard from a "manager" named Heather who offered me a free haircut at that same salon on a day when the particular worker was NOT working or at another nearby location owned by Joanne. I told her I wanted to hear from the salon owner but was told the owner has managers in place so they don't need to deal with customer complaints like this. This great clips is horrible. Nobody ever shows up to work. Past few times Ive went in the last 4 months theres only been one person working there and thus waiting becomes longer than it should be. Before this started happening the hair stylist I would come for would always leave early & Id end up missing her. Someone needs to manage this place better.
