It is really difficult to see how these people, the bankers waste their time because according to the manager by policy they have to spend 1 hour and 30 minutes to open a business account, the truth is I do not understand how it is possible for an institution like wells fargo to lose its money in this way, before we used to come to the bank sit and wait to be called to serve us, thanks to Mr. Bryce for helping me find another available branch. As a Wells Fargo customer for so long I hope you can continue to improve, thank you.

They asked 14 different questions of verification. I answered every one correctly and they still denied me a withdrawal because I didn't have my debit card...even though I had my ID. I verified my address, ATM Pin, signature, middle of social, amount of accounts, prior addresses, amount of latest transactions, etc. She even asked why was I visiting the Bradenton area...none of your business!! Then they tried to say my ID wasn't valid from TX. Manager and teller, Michelle and Alva, had snarky attitudes. I emptied all of my accounts and went to a different bank with my business. Worst customer service!! Wish I could give them 0 stars at this branch.

Worst bank ever!! How in the world are you supposed to put money in your account if neither ATM's are working and the drive up is closed. It's not just this location most of all the ATM's don't work half the time.

I would like to say how absolutely stupid it is that I can not deposit cash into my mothers bank account while she is in the hospital because I'm not on the account even thou we share a wells Fargo credit card. I understand not being able to take money out but what harm could possibly come from depositing cash into her account.

Terrible customer service at this facility. Seven tellers behind the counter only, and only one is working I still there for 7 minutes and nobody helped me I finally walked out. Also if the ATM was accepting deposits I wouldn't have had to go in and be subjected to terrible customer service

Was told to sit and wait for assistance to reschedule an appointment by staff. Sat for over 10 minutes while the staff ignored us and began singing “Happy Birthday” to a member of the staff. Extremely rude and poor service.

I needed to get some documents notarized. Wells Fargo employee, Shirley Martinez, was so courteous and helpful! And I had no idea they notarize for free (mailing place across the street wanted $10/stamp). Thank you...great policy and customer service!

Wells Fargo, I thought you were rededicating your service to your customers? At least that's what it says on the ATM. I have been a customer for 8 years, because of a -1.77 balance which happened less than 12 hours ago and I'm not sure why yet, my son could not go to his much-needed doctor's appointment after I deposited $200 in the ATM like I do every week and withdraw it or use it and all of a sudden it's not available till tomorrow. That does not sound like you are rededicating your service to me as a customer Wells Fargo. I have had numerous problems with this Bank in the past its customer service is non-existent its employees are rude and I will not step foot in this bank again. At least the Cortez Road branch is civil and greet you when you walk in the door and acknowledges your presence. I am very very irritated and I'm strongly considering closing both of my accounts. By the way I am on disability so $200 to me is a lot of money and if my son and is up in the hospital because of this God help you.
