First off the store reeked of burning incense. When I let the salesman know I was looking for a full memory foam mattress, his response was "we only have one and it's $1500.00". He asked me what I was willing to spend, and I told him around $500.00. He responded as if I had offered $500.00 for the $1500.00 mattress and in an annoyed tone of voice said "I'm not taking $500 for a $1500 mattress", nobody asked you to, pal. He then proceeds to tell me that, "memory foam doesn't sell" as if the store's sales have anything to do with me. He finally finished up by advising me to "order one online and have them deliver it to you", which is what I should've done anyway. So much for patronizing local businesses.

Great experience!! Jan was very helpful in finding us all that we needed and worked with us on pricing. Definitely would recommend going to see him if your looking for a mattress.

We had an outstanding experience with Jan and Mattress by Appointment. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and Jan responds super quick to messages. Quick delivery is also an option if you don’t have your own means of transport. I highly recommend Mattress by Appointment to anyone who is in the market for a new bed!

Awesome experience when purchasing. Nice salesman. But I bought a 700 dollar mattress that lost shape and sits at an angle because it is a poor quality mattress. My bed frame that I also purchased from this establishment creaks and started to do so a month after purchasing. It hasn’t even been two years and I’m now looking to purchase a new bed. Save your money

5 stars all day no hesitation. Jan was friendly and funny. Easy to work with even if your credit is turned down. Layaway is a great option to have as well. All around great experience. Delivery same day can beat it. Great comfy clean bed at a fraction of the price of the name brand stores. Recommend to anyone needing a good quality bed a great price.
