I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location. My company has too. I work for a local MSP in Victoria, and Best Buy has never steered us wrong. We have an account that we use to order hardware from the store if we need it in a pinch. They've always come through for us.

Got a subwoofer installed in my brand new car and my car almost caught fire and totalled itself because of it, luckily no one hurt and I found the issue before it got worse. Not very happy, will be talking with lawyers soon unless resolved.

Employees are not helpful they just walk around talking to each other gossiping then every direct you to anything they just point and Best buy needs better employees preferably something have education

You have to make an appointment to meet with geek squad. Then their Geek squad doesnt even repair broken items. I was told it would have to be sent off and would take six to eight weeks to repair. They even recommended me take my laptop into an apple store for faster service. So much for a warranty.

The worst Best Buy I been to. I wanted to buy a laptop and I waited for 30 minutes for someone to help. Nobody came, I kept asking people and they say I don’t have a key. I will call someone. I end up walking out because nobody never help me. Bad part is I been here a few times in the past and still get the bad no service when they need to open a lock item. I wish I had better reviews for this place but they need to fix it.

I purchased a new MacBook Air from this location and I was assured by an employee that it would be delivered by the 4th of January. I then receive a notification this morning that it actually won’t be delivered until the 18th of January. When I spoke to the manager regarding this issue, they let me know that the shipment arrival of the 4th was actually not guaranteed and is just an estimate. Naturally, I tried to cancel my order, and I was informed that this wasn’t possible due to the item already being set aside for FedEx, even though it is still in the store or is being shipped from! The only reason I give 2 stars is because the manager “Brandi” was able to finally convince the store my order was shipping from, to go through their fedex boxes and remove my order. Absolutely horrible experience, but at lease the manager was very helpful. Kudos to you Brandi. I have decided to up my rating after Brandi continues to rectify my situation. She has been truly very helpful. And while I won’t be ordering online from BestBuy Again, I would happily give her my business for everyday items I can purchase in store.
