Very disappointed, store barely stocked and layout is poor walking from one end to the other for grocery or sundries items. Rarely more than one check out line open except the self check out registers. When your buying groceries of $435 dollars worth it is a bit much to self check out. Why do all the checkers have to be young? They have no concept of what goes with what despite having it separated for them on the belt. Frozen goes together, meats go together etc.

I love this walmart, they always have everything you need. I live in a smaller town n we have a tiny Walmart that doesn't have everything u need so when I get a chance to come here it makes me 😁.

Walmart electronics employee forgot to put one of my purchases in my bag. I realized when I got home after a 30 minute drive. I called TEN times before anyone answered. The girl said she remembered me but my purchase wasn't on the counter or floor. I told her it wasn't in my bag either. She said she remembered putting it in my bag and there was nothing she could do. I ended up driving back to the store and had to have security look at the cameras. She had left it out of my bag and another employee had put my purchased item back in the shelf. Of course I didn't get an apology for the extra hour of my day I spent fixing their mistake nor for the girl basically calling me a liar, and this is why I don't shop at Walmart. First time in 5 years, but I only needed one time to remember why I quit shopping there in the first place!

Touch and go, but definitely the better of the 2 Victoria locations by far. For the condition of the country and economy, fairly stocked. Mediocre average underpaid Walmart customer service. About on par with Walmarts all over the southwest I've been to

So I guess it's cause I am a BLACK man that I get treated like I am stealing. I have no need to steal. I'll find another store to spend my money at. Follow me around like I am a thief but 3 nights ago ignored the man that said he was going to shoot the black people in front of him at self check out because the walmart worker couldn't get self check out to work.and told his wife he was going to slap her off her feet.

The gentleman looked at the tires and agreed that I needed the two front tires told me the best to buy. I agreed. Told me time it would take to put them on and was right on time. They were very helpful, nice and friendly.

I saw a plant that was on deaths door and wanted to buy it but was told I could not because it was getting thrown in the dumpster. I even had them talk to a manager and they STILL would not let me purchase it. It was a flower and it was still alive. They said I could not purchase it so i asked if I could just have it since it was going in the garbage. I was told no. The guy also said not to bother with trying to get it from the dumpster because they have lock lids. 😢 Why? I have loved Wal-Mart and have shopped there for many years. I will not be going back. I will also be spreading the word about how I was treated as a loyal customer. This is unacceptable!

Customer service were rude, I had bought a game that was 15 dollars anywhere else but 20 dollars at Walmart and they refused to price match me they said I had to buy it online for that price. Since when does Walmart not price match isn't that what they are known for. If you don't like your job don't work in customer service. I tried telling them that I have been price matched before for 2 other games and they said that was just a courteously and I should know better like what!? Not a good experience at all need better workers in customer service.

5 stars for the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever seen in a Walmart. Looks like new construction. Employees are nice and the place is clean. Looks larger than the average wally. I like this location better than the one in town. View my photos.
