Sunday 11.13.22 around 4:30 pm, I had a customer drop by this location as directed by customer service to show verification and proof of residency in order to activate their new internet and mobile line. It was only two store agents available to assist, as result we waited about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged and helped us. The lady who did assist was extremely RUDE, she did not have a name tag or badge so we didn't get her name, however, she kept expressing the store was closing in 10 minutes, didn't really try to help my client, while we were trying to explain what customer service advised us to do, she kept rudely cutting us off and saying she had to finish with the other customer in order to close at 5. We ended up leaving the store and calling customer service again and explained what happened at the store and they finally resolved the issue. It's unacceptable to be rude employee to employee, but what's more so saddened is to be rude and unprofessional in front of a customer -and - to put the icing on the cake, unprofessional and rude to the customer. I'm confident theirs no where in Spectrums store policy 10 minutes prior to closing to rudely boot customers out the door. After all, it's not the customer fault it was only 2 employee working on a WEEKEND and after a 20 minute wait it ended being close to the store closing hours. #takeyourreviewsserious #trainemployeesoncustomerserviceandprofessionalismwhiledealingwithcustomers

Completely worthless for internet. Goes out every time it rains - makes working from home impossible. Was fine until the last couple of months. Hassle to cancel. Won’t prorate anything yet require return of equipment even though you are still paying for the service.

We just moved into a new house in Flower Mound. We found out Spectrum is the only provider in our neighborhood. Unfortunately when the instal technician came out he said they are unable to turn our service on. When Spectrum installed all the wiring and ports for these townhomes they cut corners and didn’t install enough. Now they are telling us we won’t have internet for 38 days. How is that ok! They don’t seem to care either because they are the only provider…. What a terrible company. I’ve been with AT&T for over 10 years and they would never treat their customers this way but unfortunately I’m stuck with spectrum. Maybe I’ll have internet by Christmas.

Everyone did an outstanding job, we had a lot of trouble switching from old company Verizon to Spectrum but they stayed with it and got her done.!!

Avoid Spectrum Mobile, they offered me a plan for "free" as part of my internet service, and it was not true they are charging 90 bucks Spectrum SUCKSSSSS

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service by Mr. Arellano. They do need more personnel, there were a lot of customers waiting ( not happy at all ).

Temetra and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful and made adding a line as easy as possible. My old phone had a terrible time transferring all my information to my new phone and Temetra patiently waited with us and went out of her way to make sure it worked. Customer Service at its finest!

The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating to the issue that brought me to the store. I was able to get my replacement equipment and returned the equipment I had issues with within 5 to 10 minutes. How's able to completes the task I want to the Spectrum store for very quickly and was and when I get back home, hook up my replacement equipment, and get everything up and running within minutes. Very fortunate that the Spectrum store is only a 7 minute drive from my residence.
