They only have one person working. Where's the other workers? Hanging out in n the back room and talking all day like always instead of working. Worst Walgreens I dealt with.

It's shopping here for several years. Usually I don't complain. But they've raised the prices on their prescriptions with no real reason. Across the street I can get it for the correct price. Any other pharmacy, same price. Thanks for the 8 plus years. But this is nonsense. Not my pharmacy anymore.

Went their to buy some things and get some Gift Cards, Couldn't believe the things that they had there for me, to buy. I was So Pleased with the place and very clean. The Asistant was very nice and Polite.

This pharmacy takes way too long. I’ve gone here three times and will not be going back. I get in line and there is 3 techs behind the counter. One is stocking shelves, one at drive through, and the other I’m guessing is supposed to take care of the line of customers that is building. I waited ten minutes before the tech acknowledged that he had let a line build, now six people behind me. Then he couldn’t find my prescription! I am a very patient person and I work in healthcare so I hate to complain, but come on. Usually picking up at the pharmacy is not a huge hassle especially fill it from home and pick up next day. Everytime I go here it takes 30 minutes and mostly because the techs either ignore the people in line and or they are just really incompetent

Yes, you can find a whole variety of things and they're always well staffed, but (at the time I'm writting this) staff can be so dumb. I spoke to 3 different people who each put me on hold to answer a yes or no question and made me wait 10 minutes.

This place Usually treats me very well and since I wrote the initial Review It has consistently treated me very well. This place continues to provide excellent customer service with an exceptional pharmacy service and texts when medicine. In fact, the pharmacy goes over and beyond what I expect I recommend this very highly

Went in on New year's Eve was accused of shoplifting and called white trash, told him I wasn't leaving since nothing else was really open, I was buying candy drinks and snacks so the kids could bring in the new year the way I was brought up with a bunch of junk food. The cops were called and I had some of my meds on me with no label on the bottle so I was treated like the criminal even though I didn't steal,I had some sports memorabilia signed baseball cards if Cody bellininger cop took it to the manager to ask if they sold those, of course they don't duh!! who accused me of stealing, long story shortened up but when I left I realized I wasn't given my memorabilia back worst experience of my life.I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WALGREENS AGAIN. I've never been treated so bad by a manager in all my life. Carlos at Walgreens on South Broadway in Lawrence I will be calling headquarters,I hope they fire your ass.i get robbed for 300$ in sports memorabilia, how ironic!!!

Seriously the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I placed an order for a refill and received confimation it was ready for pickup. I go to pick it up two days later and the pharmacy tells me there is no order on file. This happened two months in a row. I also put my credit card on file for "quick pick-up" but the past two times i went the pharmacy tells me there is no card on file. I put the card on file online and the pharmacist put it on file in the store. Obviously it's frustrating having to wait around for your medications to be filled when you planned on being in and out of the store quickly. As i waited today, the people working in the pharmacy had no problem standing around talking and laughing with eachother instead of working. I'm never going back.
