Be careful to make sure you're logged out of computers before you leave. I didn't ask about an open window and it was asking about adding security or something to a plan. It felt shady that the rep left it Open and didn't explain what the new window was but said I was finished. Other than that everything was smooth

Raj greeted me at the door and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The manager was also personable and professional. Lastly, Raj also informed me of a real good deal on my new phone and new tablet! I totally recommend this store! 💙💜❤️

Added services that I did not ask for days after I left the store AND signed my name for it. Had to spend 30 minutes with customer service getting everything overturned and credited back. Low and behold the card I used for the store had a bunch of unauthorized charges on it. Got the copy of the invoice from the credit and guess who’s Sirius radio service it was? The same ‘gentleman’ who handled my order. STAY far away. Corporate is aware of what goes on at this store and does not reprimand employees. Go to another location all together

Luz was so helpful and nice! We wait for her 5 weeks after her vacation she helped us with our promotion! It took 3 minutes for her to help us after asking several times at the store for help to another reps!.

I went in expecting a "hard sell" experience, but was glad when the whole thing turned out to be more low-key and conversational. I wanted 5G for my home and my rep, Jason, let me tell him what I wanted and then he showed me my options based on what the criteria I laid out for him and the price range I wanted. He explained the different choices in detail and really delivered a great service experience. I would hope all the other reps offer the same service, but if not, I would recommend asking for Jason.
