In 2014 my spouse & I went to Family Leisure to look at above ground pools. They were having a big sale but really didn't think we could get one-but we wanted a pool for our grandkids (and me). Their service was outstanding-we felt so much at home the minute we walked into the store in OKC. Our sales person was attentive-answered our hundreds of questions-never did we feel we had to hurry. Now it is 2022-they have come to our rescue many times to help us out-and after all these years-we still get treated like family. That must be why it is called "family" leisure! I love my pool. It is still in excellent condition after 8 years-it is my favorite place to be. They have taught me how to keep it in good shape-they have always answered questions and never made me feel like they were too busy. Bought a beautiful 8 foot billiard table from Donna, great salesperson!!! The installation team, Nathan & Derrick, put our table together in 2 hours. Had the Teflon coated, electric blue felt on the table, which made it really shine!! Fantastic shopping experience!!

2 days ago NEW As of today my mom ordered a Poland installation. First two dates had to cancel due to rain which is understandable. Next date cancelled due to they said it was windy but in my opinion it was not windy that day. Next date she was told she someone would be out the 17th. 17th came and no showed up. She called and it was told to her someone will be out 18th at 1200pm. 18th came contractor called said two of his people called in so he had to cancel her that day. I called spoke to James who told me he was the one who hired out the guys to come out and he was the general mgr. He said they were open on Sunday. I asked him since it was inconvenience on their part can they could get some out on Sunday he said no. I asked to speak to hisager. That when he told me he's the general manager and the next person I would need to speak to would.be the owner which is Phil. He told Phil would call me Sunday between 12-1230. Guess what no call from Phil!!! Happily received myomos money back to the inconvenience

Our pool was four years old and for some unknown reason the wall busted right at the skimmer... Zack in service was great with helping us get the wall of the pool warranteed. Service was above and beyond and you just don't get awesome service like that anymore. It was greatly appreciated. Thanks for working us! Would recommend Family Lesiure pools to family and friends.

We bought our pool and hot tub here !! They have always been helpful and friendly. They have all our hot tub and pool supplies that we need. Prices are great and we will always be back. Keith helped us get our supplies to open our pool this year and was great help.

Donna was ah-mazing and so knowledgeable of the pools. We went in just to get some info as we are first time pool buyers and wound up purchasing a pool though them. She was kind and patient. Definitely recommend her and family leisure!!

We paid (in full) for a 24 ft round above ground pool with the upgraded perma salt system last year. We were not given everything in our package due to “supply issues”. For example, they did not have initiate so we received double reactivate and told it would be fine. The water did remain clear, but our blonde hair and anything light colored that entered our pool turned blue and we have water bugs that I can’t get rid of. (Even after winterizing- they are still everywhere!) we are also STILL waiting on a solar cover 1 year later. I don’t believe that these issues would take a year to resolve. I called numerous times and finally about 2 months ago and they told me 6 more weeks. Called again at the 6 week mark and they said, “oh yeah we don’t know when it will come in.” At this point I’d really appreciate help to get rid of these water bugs (due to the lack of chemicals we received after paying for them), and for this company to give us what we paid almost $8,000 for. At this point I’d accept a refund for the cover and order one from Amazon. I can have one here in 2 days.. Customer service to purchase the pool was great. I feel like they got our money and are blowing us off. I have also called and tried the “contact us” option on the site, but it isn’t working.

Donna was fantastic at helping us with purchasing our pool! She went over everything explained in detail and was not pushy at all. Even stepped away so we could talk about everything before making a final decision. Great customer service and would recommend others to go see her about a pool purchase.

We purchased our above ground pool last March. We were given the wrong pump and had to go back to the store to get the correct one and was given an upgrade without asking due to the wrong one given to us. The pool was installed the next month, we built a deck around it and we have enjoyed every minute of it. We love our pool from Family Leisure OKC.
