I go here for most of my pool need if walmart is out .No one is ever available in this store if you you do find someone and ask where something is they look at you like your speaking a new language or they just walk off and never come back.

Ordered kitchen cabinets almost a year ago and sink. 2 units damaged, 2 units don’t even match each other and sink doesn’t fit cabinet. Only one person in store can help and if he’s gone or on vacation cannot speak to anyone who can help, it’s been a total disaster.

I got what I needed. Staff was helpful. Carried my Cement to the car. Directed me to the right locations. Although 1 staff member didn't even know what plumbers tape was. Overall good trip.

I have to say I genuinely feel sorry for the people of Mcalester who only have this Lowe’s to go to. My husband is helping family build a house there and trying to get someone to help is the equivalent of pulling teeth. Not only are the employees rude and lacking knowledge, they’re constantly standing in groups chit chatting. I’d rather haul the material from Texas than buy it from the Lowe’s in Mcalester when we’re there.

Garden center always helps me perfectly. But as a 40+ yr contractor I have to say that the commercial sales dept is totally lacking. I can't even call and get a material list quote. They want me to email it to them and then they don't even know what what they're talking about when they do try to quote it. . They don't act like they genuinely wish to help us. They appear to have Thier favorites. Need to work on that.

I went into Lowes to compare pricing on windows and doors. I’m looking for 14 windows and 3 doors, with that said I was not expecting to place the whole order but I ran into one of the best sales people I’ve see in quite a while. Kevin was so helpful that I place the whole order over $10k and more to buy!! Kevin is super knowledgeable and professional and that saved me time and money. I got back home with the items they had in stock and in less than an hour they where being installed. Bravo Kevin!!!

Bought a new dishwasher for $849. Asked if my existing water line would be ok. Was told it would be but it wasn't. Ii live a hour away so it was kinda inconvenient. But Lowe's is a good place to shop.

Shopping is always better when you are lucky enough to get a great, knowledgable sales associate to help you out. Cassie in the paint dept was the bomb today. She took good care of us and helped us get everything we needed. Thanks Cassie!

Went to have a key made, used the kiosk instead of having an associate make me one. I had to go back because the key did not work. Do not use this thing. After finding the right associate to make my key for me it took her forever to find the right blank. But it did work. I would suggest going elsewhere if you are wanting keys made.

Should be zero stars honestly I have asked for help a lot and also many different workers not just here recently but also a while back as well and then they didn’t even have corporate’s phone number to give to me when I asked for that it’s just kinda sad to see the lowes brand dragged threw the bottom of the cow pen if ya know what I mean
