Light crowd, plenty of staff around to help. Had one chase (lol) me down to ask if I was interested in a water treatment system. N I wasn't. But everyone very helpful (except when it came to helping me remember one item I meant to get- another trip being planned) and wanting to help.

I ordered a garage door from Lowe's in Ponca City. Took a lot longer to arrive than I expected. The store manager "Micha" stayed on top of things and kept me informed. He refunded the total amount and still made sure my garage door was installed! It took a minute, but you hung in there and got it done. Thanks too everyone!

Store was clean. Gentlemen in the back treating me as I was a crook was not a way to win a contractor. Professional folks do not treat people the way he treated me. I am also a google review fella . Enids store treats people way better as Stillwaters staff.

Tryston is by far my favorite employee. He is so helpful and knowledgeable about appliances when I have questions. I have bought multiple appliances from him since buying our home and we will continue to use him. Delivery is alittle different since going to a third party contract so I will continue transporting items myself.

Good product availability in store. EXCEPT do not count on item being in store if it lists online that they have it in stock. Several Oklahoma Lowes are guilty of this.

BEWARE: Lowes has contracted out their service/delivery business. We were unaware when we paid cash for a washer and dishwasher that the delivery was only that no service. We had to hire someone to install the washer. They did haul off the old one. Today they delivered the dishwasher......it's still in the box, they refused to haul off the old one. Both the old washer and dishwasher were purchased from Lowes.

Lowe's ponca city is a great store but it's haunted. Middle of the day even. Things falling off shelves by themselves, carts taking off. Does anyone remember Cassiopeia's over there on Hubbard? How about the man who got ran over by a lawn mower there? I'm naturally intuitive and I know at least part of what's going on is him. He told me.
