Came Sunday morning at 10:30 am and the lights were off we tried to call noone answered there was someone in the parking lot sitting in their car..... very disappointing that you advertised you open at 10 but DO NOT. Now having to make a trip to the peoria location. Do better at letting your customers know you won't be there or short staffed.

Went in to look at grace paint sprayer. Was very unimpressed by the staff and the cost of small supplied and paint was excessive. Staff didn’t really want to talk once I was on the fence about purchasing a $1000 paint sprayer. One gallon of paint was $50 on sale. Went in once, Will probably never go back.

The young man working in the store was very knowledgeable about all products and answered all our questions. He showed us where to find things we asked about and seemed happy to help. I find customer service rare these days, but not rare at all in your store.

Experienced and professional staff for color selection & for paint mixing. Needed assistance in selecting an exterior paint color combination that would blend nicely with the brick on my home. Bought the paint there and they provided a color specialist to meet me at my home and work on the color palette (no extra charge)! :)
