This stores inventory is consistently different than what the site says is in stock. While the employees are nice, there is rarely more than a cashier or two working. Finding anything is difficult and when you do there is always a long wait to check out.

Outrageous pricing on everything go to Lowes or home Depot. Almost everything was dang near me twice the price of the same thing and most of the same brands. There cheapest saw za blade was $10 !?!? Same blade at home Depot was $5 bucks

Staff members are extremely competent and nice! Ace is always our first stop for any type of hardware / lawncare equipment and hardware.

Very rude. You don't say, "What do you want", to a customer. I've worked in customer service 20 plus years and would never be that level of rude.

I go here a lot and they pretty much always have what I am looking for in stock. They send out a lot of coupons and often have items on sale, which is nice since their prices are a little higher than other stores. Their key machine always seems to be down when I go, so if you need a key find another store.

I just love this hardware store and the employees knew exactly what I needed. 2 of the ladies there were very helpful I really had no idea what I was doing but they made it easy for me to figure out when I got home how to fix my faucet myself . And it worked . Thank you Toni and Carol.

I haven't been to this store in years and forgot why. As soon as I walked in, I began to remember. It is very poorly organized and employees are nowhere to be found to help you locate what you need. I find more help at the big box stores than I did buying a large number of items here. Management must put a lot of pressure on employees to do other things (like stocking) because more than one employee seemed huffy and said "I guess" or similar when I approached them to ask for their help. I really don't get it - other Ace hardware stores I visit are almost too friendly! Not this one. I won't be back for many years. PS - and older woman wanted to buy some candy as she was leaving the store and walked up to the wrong register. There was a person there who wasn't open and they sent the lady to the register I was on. Then the person who sent her away opened her line and said she would help the next person. The older woman turned around - candy and money in hand - and the employee said "sorry m'aam, I was talking to the people who were in line" ... what?! It was a candy bar and the lady had dollars IN her hand ready to pay. This is not a happy place.
