Home depot did not have the part. Referred to C & D and he knew right where the part was and good pricing. Nice man, the owner, and pleasant service. Hope your family takes over when you want them to do so.

I will never go anywhere else for faucet parts as long as these guys are in business. I had a faucet stem and valve seat so old the big box stores and a specialty plumbing store did not have it. They had it here and the gentlemen in the shop there were nice as well. THE PRICE of this HARD TO FIND PART WAS REASONABLY PRICED TOO! They saved me and now our shower is working just like new.

Always willing to help solve the problem at a reasonable price. Will take apart froze up fittings, remove screws with broken off heads or stripped screw driver slots and provide loaner tools to established customers. Great selection of hard to get individual plumbing parts like: gaskets, screws, handles, valve seats.

My husband and I went looking for this water tube part for our faucet at home depot. They didn't have the part and we were talking among each other when a man overheard and referred us to this business. So we went in looking for a faucet part and the gentleman didn't have it. He took his time using the part number to find what we needed, printed the paper out, and provided us instructions on what to do when we called. Even though we spent NO money here, we were still treated with respect and with above and beyond customer service!
