I ordered Matcha latte with oatmilk and it tasted like milk mixed with oatmilk which made my stomach hurt since Im lactose intolerant. Please if you made a mistake dont hesitate to take back the item and replace it with the actual order. This was a bad experience for me.

We went drive thru ordered Pink drink Trenta there was maybe 6 cars ahead of us. Finally 20 min later we finally get to orders we actually pulled up to the speaker and didn’t get help until 6 min later finally we get to the window to pay we do so and when she is handing us our drinks we noticed they were the wrong size . She asked us to pull in the parking to get down so we’re inside were explained the mistake to the cashier and asked my daughter to slide the credit card she charged us again full price instead of just charging me the difference for the larger size. We waited there for another 30 min while waiting there my daughter and I seen 2 customers go back saying they got the wrong order one the pastry’s. If you are in Delano and want Starbucks I highly suggest going to the one on Woollomes by Walmart . I don’t know if it was just Bad Day for them but the wait and service was nothing I was impressed with.

Coffee good, quick and friendly service, however I asked for warm coffee kids temperature, they gave it really hot and with no cup cover, could barely hold it let alone drink it till 30 minutes later. Makes me wonder if they did it on purpose for telling them twice warm not hot.

Very rude staffing, order a blend caramel macchiato, and got a hot one. Told the staff that's not what I ordered and she start arguing and complaining that they don't make that. I was asking how, it's the same drink I have been ordering for the last five years 😩

Are you kidding me I asked for a Carmel Frap, doubled blended. It seems they can't follow what people order. Even the print out was correct. Don't go there if you want your order to be rightly made. Customer of Starbucks for over 8 years
