don’t sell to them. Took nice things for only 8$ and had an attitude with me the entire time from the phone call to the visit, never again! was a 40 min ride to make 8$

I had a terrible experience here from the phone call to the appointment. On the phone I was surprised to hear I had to wait 2 and a half weeks for an appointment and I was told multiple times that I ONLY have a 30 minute time slot anything they couldn't price during that will have to be saved for another time...fine. I bring some clothes and various baby chairs. I carry everything in for my 1:30 appointment time and I stand at the counter waiting to start selling my things. Since they accentuated that I ONLY have a 30 minute time slot I expected them to start immediately since the store was empty. To my surprise the women at the counter continued to sew clothing, fold clothes, etc. while I stand there with my mother and 1 year old. The woman sewing told me I can look around when I told her no thank you I wasn't intending on buying anything. She told me again I can look around and so I repeated myself...she continued sewing another 3 minutes and I began to lose my patience at that point it was 1:45 and my child is getting antsy. She then sighs and says I guess I'll do this later and begins going through my things. I was offered around $45 for my things but could have $68 if I spent the money in store. Honestly I would've taken the 45 if it were a pleasant experience so I didn't need to lug everything back home but this woman was so rude she could've offered me $200 and I would've taken all of my things back. At one point she told me to back up because of covid although she was not wearing a mask or standing behind the Plexiglas hanging over the counters. Very surprised this store has lasted so long.

This place is amazing, especially for baby/toddler stuff!! First of all, they are constantly adding to and refreshing inventory. I've been in three times in one month and they've had different bassinets and toys each time. They clean and inspect all the products they sell, so everything is in great shape. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and willing to demo any product for you. Why pay full price when you can get lightly used products for half (or often less than half) of original price? I'm expecting in September and this will be my new go-to spot for everything.

Amazing amazing experience !! I came in looking for a swing and I found just that not only did I get a swing but the owner showed me how to put it together use it and take it apart she also plugged it in to show us it worked !!! You also get a punch card for every 10$ you spend!! To say the least I will never shop anywhere else 10/10!!

This store is a total SCAM the items they have on the shelves are disgusting! They are so rude and decided not to take all of the really nice clothes and toys that we tried to bring in... New Nike clothes, barely used toys and a stroller that's never been used but then are trying to sell strollers that look like they're from 1980.. their sign says they give cash for the items and then wrote a check instead. I'll never buy anything from this store and I'll never do business with them again, they were so rude that I almost decided to take all the stuff back instead of giving them my business

I love the store when I go to buy something... there's always some good deal and cute clothes, however when it comes to selling something at the store, it is a ridiculous hassle. They don't take much at all and give you pennies for it, no matter how nice the clothes are. But still TOP SHOP for buying beautiful clothing!

Stopped in today for my two-year-old boy. I found plenty of clean excellent quality shorts, button-down shirts, jeans, pants, t-shirts, everything I needed. To the people who complain that this place pays low prices for your unused items I say this: don't buy or accept extra stuff you don't need. Buy good quality used clothing here first and skip wasteful spending on new items you won't use! Oh and by the way, the staff are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.

Owners were rude and not attentive at all. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I had so many boy and girl clothes in perfect condition from 0-3T, many clothes had the tags on them! They only gave me $23 dollars for everything! I even have them a play mat that had everything it came with. Honestly, I would just go and donate them somewhere else to a non profit. I would sleep better at night knowing there are children getting these second hand clothes who really need them. Rather than these people who are making at decent amount of profit from each article of clothing. They “donate” the rest of your clothes that they “don’t want” but I don’t trust it. I don’t trust them. Go to big brother and sisters and donate your clothes there.

They lost me as a customer today. I was spending $300 a month there. They practically beg me to bring items in a stroller Graco and clothes, only to offer $6!! What a waste of time. I will donate to food banks where things are appreciated Honestly why ask me to brings things in to insult me? I had my baby with me too which made my trip harder. Please have some common courtesy to your customers for god sake. Not very smart business plan! Turning off shopping customers with $6 insult lol you lost my business. I will shop at Luca and Just Ducky. Good luck insulting other moms nice job

Owner is extremely rude!!! Was going to put clothes into the donation bin but decided to bring them inside to see if they wanted them. Brand new and like new baby clothes, didnt want any money just wanted to give them away. Workers and owner acted as if I was a bother to them. They will never see me again! So rude and unprofessional!!!
