Stopped by the Seekonk store today for the first time. I was just dropping off a prepaid package so there was really nothing for them to do for me except give me a receipt. I was in line behind two other couples and couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful Kristen was to them. Customer service is at an all time low so someone like Kristen should be acknowledged and rewarded.

s Fedex location is the worst location ever Seekonk Ma. They've said my package got delivered but it never got delivered to my house. I've been waiting for this package for 3 whole days. Everyday ever person I talk to tells me a lie. The driver is the problem. The driver never delivered my package to my location. I'm extremely upset and frustrated. I've been calling nonstop and the fedex person who I spoke to said the driver made a mistake and delivered to the wrong address. It makes zero sense how you got two completely different addresses mixed. Why did fedex lie in the first place saying my package got delivered to my address when it never did. Then I went to the location where the driver supposedly drop the package off and the person of the house hold said they never received a package. This is not a mistake. The delivery driver is not being honest where my package is at. I ordered something from a popular shoes place and these companies need to stop doing business with fedex. I'm extremely disappointed with fedex and how this location handle my package. I just want my package!

Very disappointed, went to the customer ship/pick up area. You have to call and no one answered. Talked to security who was going to call them and still no one showed up. I sat there for a half an hour and left with the package I was trying to ship.

Called about a delivery to ensure it would arrive by the end of day (scheduled delivery date) and was told it was guaranteed delivery only for it to not to show up. Status wasn't updated until 7:40 pm stating it wouldn't arrive. Not the first time this has happened. Dealing with FedEx is an absolute nightmare 100% of the time.

Ordered a $500 package. Was delivered to the wrong address despite my confirmation email having the correct address. Basically told it wasn't FedEx problem. And we wonder why Jeff Bezos is worth $200 billion....... this is why

Five star service. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by Andrea, who was kind enough to take care of my online return right away. My experience with FedEx is either hit or miss, and this was an absolute hit. I’m surprised by the shop’s poor rating and get the impression it’s now under new management. As someone without a printer and who does most of their shopping online, I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you, Andrea!

If you need a signature to receive your package, forget about it. They won't even get out of the truck to do their job and then they'll claim it was "attempted but unsuccessful" even when you're home all day, frequently look out the window, AND have a camera showing they didn't do what they were supposed to. Was supposed to get a call back from their manager, but that never happened either. Pathetic. Must be nice to get paid to NOT do your job.

Ordered an item from Lowes and fedex is delivering it. It has been sitting in a truck for over a week and not being delivere. We call daily and are told that ut is coming tomorrow....for a week. Frustrating! Also an employee named Emilio hung up on us when we called and inquired unreal!

I am not a fan of FedEx In general due to several issues I have had with deliveries not making it to me, along with some bad customer service experiences. I discovered this location as a pick up spot for the deliveries that had not been arriving at my place, and now reroute all my packages here. In contrast to past experiences with FedEx and other pick up locations this place is great. They offer fast and friendly service, and all seem to do their jobs well. I have never had an issue here and always have been greeted with a smile. The employees here are the only reason I continue to use FedEx. The physical store always appears clean and well maintained. Parking spaces are limited, but it has never been an issue to get a space.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. We entrusted them to ship a piece of pottery that's been in my family for over 100 years. The woman my niece dealt with assured her that "she'd never had a broken item yet" and told her it would be packed very carefully. When it arrived, I opened the box to find it in hundreds of pieces. It had not been wrapped at all, just placed on top of a single layer of bubble wrap and then there were two styrofoam packs tossed on top. Needless to say I was shocked and heartbroken as it is beyond repair. It has taken dozens of phone calls and emails to finally get paid on my claim. The store takes NO responsibility, no accountability nor has any liability. Do not trust your fragile items to this store!
