Why is the front door locked all the time. It is supposed to be open at 5:30 am (lobby) for mail drop off. In the last week it has been locked 3 out of 6 days. Let's get it open Monday thru Saturday.

The women behind the counter that handle outgoing mail with the trucks are cool and would go out their way to help! Update:…. But now the people during the morning times at front desk have deteriorated the services and don’t know how to properly send mail anywhere.. you get stuff sent back to you because they didn’t do their job.

Less a post office, more a circle of damnation. This is potentially the worst post office of all time. Nice people though.

This office doesn't honor scheduled appointments to apply for US passport. Waited half-hour for 15min appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance, the person supposed to handle the application never showed up. The guy working the counter has no clue if the person responsible for passport service is expected to come in at all - and could not care less.

It’s 9:45am on Feb 14th and it’s still closed! What is going on? It was supposed to open at 8:30!

Incredibly helpful gentleman who spent extra effort and time getting me my passport photos to very exact specifications, despite the fact that the process took him until almost half an hour past closing time. I can't speak to the other services here, but would definitely recommend it for getting passport photos done correctly.

They do not know the difference between a letter and a large envelope. Letters should not be thicker than 1/4", large envelopes (flats) should not exceed 3/4" thick. You are wasting everyone's time and money returning mail pieces with correct postage. Your people need training.

Went to buy stamps on Saturday 11/17/18 from Kay. After waiting in line for 1/2 hour I was told she could not show me what regular (not holiday) stamps she had to offer and told me to come back on Monday! My time was not important to Kay she was rude to me just for a regular transaction like buying stamps.

Friendly staff at this location. The main problem is that they only have three windows and usually only two employees helping people. There will almost certainly be a line when you arrive. This is an issue at a lot of other locations, but you may have to wait 10-15 minutes just to pick up or send out a package. They offer self service areas, but sometimes you just need to talk to a person.

This USPS location is awesome. The guy there and lady helped me figure out the issue with mail forwarding. That was very confusing. Somebody forward my parcels, so I got it with 3 weeks delay. Lately I went to Chestnut Hill office and asked the guy who responsible for mail forwarding. The guy knew that information because he is delivery supervisor. But finally he blamed mailman! No one you talking to will admit that he or she is responsible for it and it's their fault. They passing the book all the time!
