Ever since they switched, the Ossian branch just doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. I had to replace my debit card within months because it got damaged already. The woman I dealt with when I went in to replace this card, I told her NOT to shut off my current card until I get the new one and yet my card was closed. Then when I called she said she didn’t deal with me that day, yet I remember it so clearly. Plus they made a mistake and now I have to go wait longer on my new card because I never got my new one in the first place. Irritating.

They act like they don't want to lend money. Customer service very poor.went to another bank and had alot of options.

$4 to use the atm, $8 a day over draft fee but they only notify you after a week, and typical banker hours so if you have an actual job and need anything not ATM related you’re not going to get help.
