Ever since they switched, the Ossian branch just doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. I had to replace my debit card within months because it got damaged already. The woman I dealt with when I went in to replace this card, I told her NOT to shut off my current card until I get the new one and yet my card was closed. Then when I called she said she didn’t deal with me that day, yet I remember it so clearly. Plus they made a mistake and now I have to go wait longer on my new card because I never got my new one in the first place. Irritating. ~krisssybear14
