I bought all my Redwing boots from the original location off of cedar crest for the past 15 and had great service an they always had a decent selection. Most recently I needed a new pair of loggermax as the last were thoroughly used and abused. The staff was wonderful on friday night to deal with as I knew the boot I was looking for which was the loggermax and preferred non-insulated. First negative is the selection here wasn't the greatest as no half sizes stocked to try as my old boot was feeling a bit loose. Also no non-insulated in my size which was disappointing as well. Got asked if I wanted the imported version or the US made one which was more and I don't mind paying extra for a well-made US produced boot like I've done for years. Second negative was that I normally get the tuff toe applied. I was told that if I didn't hear from them Saturday or Sunday that they'd be ready Monday. Since I normally work 12-14 hr shifts I wanted to call first before going to get my boots on my lunch. Called several times and no answer. I decided to go and get them since they did say they would be done the latest by Monday. Went in and got told my boots weren't done...I do understand being busy but all weekend and that morning an no one could apply the tough toe?? Got called Tuesday my boots were ready but couldn't get them till Friday with my hours. Got the boots home and upon unboxing I find out I was sold the Made in Vietnam version of the boot and not the US made one. After 15 years of buy Redwings from this store especially since they moved I believe this may just be the last time as why should sub-par service and an imported boot warrant a premium price tag? I really wish I could say more positives but the only positive was the initial interaction that Friday night.

Excellent service! They did not have my size shoe in store they had to order them in which only took a few days. Very appreciative they did not try to oversell me on a different style or the wrong size like some other shoe stores have.

I've been wearing Redwings to work for 50 years. I've worn (out) a lot of other brand boots as well. Redwing is consistently high quality, very comfortable, and, let's just admit it, stylish: there's a great balance between an aggressive functionality and a certain amount of grace... Just enough to avoid"clunky". Lets not forget that this is all without sacrifice of safety! So, this store is all Redwing, very well stocked, very well connected to more stock. Prompt with service, with shipping, and with communication. Since there was only one staff at the time of my visit, I had a little more browsing time than I strictly wanted. Small price. Life is good.

This is a fairly new location for this store, Google Street View still shows a sandwich shop at this location, so don't be confused! Excellent service, never had to wait. There was only one other customer there each time I visited.

I stopped in to find a specific style of Vasque boots. This will be my 3rd pair in a row of the same over the past 10 years. Carmelo was very helpful in searching their inventory country wide, finding only 4 left anywhere in my size and style. He had them ordered and shipped to my home, and they arrived the next day! I also asked for a recommendation for a product to clean up and refresh the Red Wings that I was wore into the store (and have been wearing for work every day for past year and a half). Instead of trying to sell me anything, he offered to clean and treat them for me. I walked out looking like I was wearing a new pair of boots. Thanks for the great service. I could tell Carmelo enjoys helping people with their needs.

The Heritage line runs deep here! Only go here. You can go in & try on the boots in-person. They have custom fitting technology. What a beautiful store. Carmelo - the store owner will find you whatever you're looking for, even if it's not in stock. Yes, you may need to wait for a custom order, but that's fine by me if it's exactly what you're looking for. He found me a pair of the 8" Moc's (877) Heritage edition (the old Irish Setters). They're beautiful. Listen to Carmelo's recommendation on inserts and boot care. Red Wing uses the highest grade leather - and sells the mid-grade to the other boot companies! You want to invest in these boots - especially if you plan on having them for a lifetime - which I do.

I have bought several boots at this store. The service was great. After the 2nd pair, they kept my sizing and preferences saved. Now I can call ahead and have my boots ordered ahead of time. Carmello is personable and takes care of you. They give my company a discount. One time a pair of boots had a hook pop out, they repaired them for free and the turnaround was less than 2 days.

Carmello and Jessica were amazing. The service today was outstanding. Really, I cannot say enough good things about this store. They always work with me when the boot I need is not available to find it in another store and have it mailed or suggest a different boot that is similar. When I walked was immediately greeted by Carmelo and told him what I was looking for in a boot. He showed me each option he had in store and measured my foot with the 3D scanner to get the best fit for me and he recommended the inserts for the boots based off my foot shape (arc, heel width, etc.). Carmelo had no issue getting different boots for me from the back to try on and he let me try them on multiple times before making my selection with no rush at all. Will definitely shop here for boots in the future.
