Dealt with a rude, aggressive worker today at this post office. Elaine may have been her name? I wasn't home to sign for my delivery for my passport, so I went to see if they had they returned it to the post office. I have never dealt with someone more rude and just over the top aggressive. Just jumping down my throat about everything I had done wrong in the process, when it was my first time renewing my passport. Will certainly NOT be going here again unless absolutely necessary

Horrible. They make up whatever prices they want, even if 5 minutes prior they quoted you $10 for the same package. They don't honor the price. Total Nonsense.

Item marked delivered "in/at mailbox" July 2. I do not have it, checked everywhere. I called today on July 5 and gave tracking number asking if it's still on a truck somewhere, given assurance someone will call me back. They don't, so I call again, and am told "It was delivered to a different address on (street name not even remotely like mine). It happens. I said I'd call you with any updates, they are working late today" I am in awe that they really gave someone a free video game at my expense. I am told they are "retrieving it", i don't know how they are going to get into someone's house to get my package back. I have a lot of respect for the postal service but this is a "you had one job and it is to make sure you were on the correct street" problem. Bye video game I waited all the long weekend for!

The most aggressively unhelpful workers I have ever met. I have never felt so uncomfortable to the point where if I miss a delivery and have to pick it up at USPS, I would rather take a loss than go to this post office. This morning I had to walk out without my packages because the woman was so rude.

Horrible experience. Worker was so impatient and was looking for every little mistake to avoid helping me. At one point, she looked like she was leaving and only stepped outside to move her car despite the passport appointments waiting to be helped. I will not make another appointment at this location.

Truly awful service here. Passport appointment. Rude and impatient, she was interested in creating obstacles rather than helping. With a complicated government form I guess mistakes are likely, but easily corrected. She just kept saying you'll have to reschedule. I finally asked why she was intentionally making the process difficult. She blamed her co-workers. We left and will reschedule elsewhere.

It may not be the best postal service, but it definitely is not the worst. Long lines at times but I think it's due to lack of employees and pandemic . I personally have had good experiences both my times there. I would like to give more stars but I think I need more data before making a final decision. The employees are very kind and have an upbeat demeanor , in terms of customer service I give them a 5! Plus my mailman that delivers my mail is literally the nicest gentlemen I have ever met !! Thank you for delivering our mail , rain, sleet, or snow.

Worst usps I’ve ever been to 😳 There is one guy there who is always rude. Whenever I see him, I hope someone else opens up their counter & I don’t have to go to him. He often has an earbud in & doesn’t really respond to pleasantries/small talk (even a “hello”). He’s stepped away from the counter mid transaction with me multiple times to joke with other employees 🤦🏻♀️ Today he made fun of my shirt (a plain black v neck) by saying how awkward it looked. I was in shock that someone that deals face to face with people would say that, especially since it wasn’t relevant to anything we were doing & we weren’t even chatting beforehand. I just awkwardly laughed & paid & left, but I wish I had called him out! Also, there’s usually lines, & even if there isn’t much of one, some employees (like the one I mentioned above) are pretty slow. Store also always looks dirty.

It's impossible to find right words to express how frustrated I was with the treatment received from one of this office employees. I was helping a family with 2 boys applying for their American Passports. Parents skipping work, boys missing half day of school. She was so unprofessional and absolutely not helpful at all. She had no patience, she made us come back twice because of small mistakes in the application. She wanted to make us reschedule for a third time when I demanded help from another employee!! You are paid to work there with our taxes. Did you know that???

The package I was expecting was out for delivery then the status changed into 'awaiting delivery scan'. I contacted to USPS customer service and they informed Brighton office. I received my package in two days. I think the staff here is communicative. I am glad that the issue was resolved quickly !
