We went to this dealer at the recommendation of our friend. From day one they were very helpful and friendly, and honest. There was no pressure to buy. We purchased a Bronco Outer Banks. They told us it would take 8-12 months and it actually arrived in 6 months. Our salesman, Rich, spent a lot of time going over all the features when the vehicle came in. The rest of the staff were also very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Chris knew many details about the Bronco and Al in finance made it easy to get through all the paperwork. In this difficult times, purchasing a car here was the worst experience. There was little communication. I sent emails with no response for over a week. Multiple phone calls were never returned. 6 week delay of delivery. Dealer did not attempt to ease this burden by providing a loaner vehicle for some of the time. Will not be a repeat customer.

Bought a 1-owner VW GTI from McMahon that was there as a trade-in vehicle. Transaction was pleasant and transparent (car had a broken axle, which was disclosed and promptly replaced). The sales team "went the extra mile" to help me drive away in my new car despite it being late Friday before a holiday weekend. Follow-up was also courteous, succinct, and professional. A++!!

Great experience both times I’ve been to this dealership. Very kind, personable and professional individuals. Leased a 2020 Ford F-150. I had a specific budget, which was met with no hassle and complete clarity along the entire process. Was gifted a vehicle and approached the dealership to purchase my vehicle and Mr. McMahon personally assisted in helping me in my situation, even though I had come in a few minutes before closing, he and some staff members stayed after to make sure I was taken care of that day. Great business men and I would absolutely recommend. Will be purchasing/leasing from them again.
