Great experience both times I’ve been to this dealership. Very kind, personable and professional individuals. Leased a 2020 Ford F-150. I had a specific budget, which was met with no hassle and complete clarity along the entire process. Was gifted a vehicle and approached the dealership to purchase my vehicle and Mr. McMahon personally assisted in helping me in my situation, even though I had come in a few minutes before closing, he and some staff members stayed after to make sure I was taken care of that day. Great business men and I would absolutely recommend. Will be purchasing/leasing from them again. ~Brian

A buddy recommended Jimmy. Brought my Focus ST to dismount my tires off my stock wheels and put them on my new wheels and then align my car. This took a bit longer than expected. Tires that were coming off the stock wheels came with the car when I bought it. One had a sidewall patch and I had no idea. Well that tire exploded when being removed. I bought 4 more tires. Jimmy was willing to eat the cost of the 4 new tires even though it was not his fault. Told him no and that I would pay for them. Even though I was there for a while, I had nothing but a good experience. Lisa and CJ were great and kept me updated the whole way. My alternator stopped working while on a trip from PA back to Maine with my family-on a Saturday at 330 in the afternoon. We just so happened to break down right next to this shop. Thankfully to them, they were able to get me a new alternator immediately and back on the road home safely within 2 hours. I cannot thank Gary enough for staying after hours that day and helping us. So My Car was towed to this location Saturday night . The car was in great condition as it is only a 2017. When I went to retrieve my car the the traction light had came on and would not turn off. As I drove the car off the lot my steering and wheels were not in alignment . When trying to drive straight my car would veer off significantly to the left side. Unsure of what the issue was I had called the this company to see if anything had happened to the vehicle while it was stored at this location. The person who worked there was super insensitive to the issue and said he would call back once he spoke to his driver . He Never called back. I called this morning only for the person to be extremely rude asking me questions about personal business as to why the car was towed. He went as far as accusing me of hitting something after taking my car to pep boys and discovering that my driver side tire rods had been bent , Again something that was not there before my car had been towed to this location. A $1500 repair that was not there prior to my vehicle being handled by this company ! I would not recommend this company at all No bedtime manners and no sense of customer service ! ~Tamel’s

Incredibly satisfied with the service by Fernando. He allowed me to bring my own spark plugs and air filter from Autozone. He replaced them in 1hr just charging me for labor ($70). I am incredibly satisfied due to this low price, i swear i checked 3 other car shops in Norwalk and they wanted to charge me $180-250-300 for something this simple. So glad CT Ave Service Station did not want to rip me off like the rest. ~Diego

Came highly recommended from another service center. Relatively straightforward project of wheel alignment on 2017 Corvette. Setting up appointment with Tom was great. I was 1st appointment, got right in. Shop was clean, Dave performed work was also clean, professional and respectful of my car. Tom explained before and after alignment printouts and everything came out great. Car drove perfect. Lot had quite a few cars to be worked on which is also a good sign for a business. I had a good experience and would definitely use them again. ~Tom
