Dropped my truck off for some service and a recall. When I picked up my recall was not done and my truck was outside parked in the lot. I had to arrange a ride so I picked up my truck and would bring it back for the recall. When I got home I noticed that they never rotated my tires but said they did on the invoice. I made a second appointment for a tire rotation and recall and spent my Saturday morning back at the dealer for this simple task. On Wednesday (first time using the truck since repair) my tire pressure light came on. My truck calls for 60psi in the front and 80psi in the rear and they had one front tire with 80 and one rear with 80, so they never properly set my tire pressure after moving them. I also truly believe they only rotated the drivers side and that would explain why everything wasn’t completely reversed. Management has been great but I feel like these techs are not following procedures, which is concerning on such simple tasks.

I recently purchased a Mustang GT from Lombard Ford. Everyone from our salesperson, Samantha, to the Financial Manager Mike was outstanding. Their attention to detail was superb. We were treated as if we were long standing customers even though this was our first encounter with them. We actually drove over 700 miles to purchase this car. The car was on the showroom floor when we arrived. It is immaculate and in perfect condition. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff worked up a deal on a 2022 Bronco Sport that I couldn't turn down. Mr Lombard made me an incredible offer on my trade in. Low to no pressure, yay! Mike, the finance man, went over everything quickly and fully without trying to sell me a bunch of things I don't need. I did purchase an extended warrantee because of everything it offered at an extremely low price. What an awesome experience!

I bought my Bronco from Lombard. Pre ordered in July 2020. Received on Jan 31st 2022. I expected it to take this long, and everyone at Lombard was fantastic. Supply Chain issues, Covid, all out of everyone's control. They communicated through the whole process. Picking up was painless and smooth. The car is fantastic, Ford knocked it out of the park. There are many stories from dealers around the country charging huge markups on Broncos. Lombard kept the MSRP. They could charge what they wanted, but for my pre-order, they held the commitment. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Truly was a great experience. Do yourself a favor. Give them a shot, and make buying a car as painless as can be. Thanks Lombard! I saw my dream truck on Carlist (F150). Sent an email to these great people and Barbara called me the next day. I took a drive way up there and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, patient and dedicated crew helped me to make my dream come true. I have my truck in less than a week!!....actually, 3 working days. I am still blown away but the service and the experience of Steve and the crew. I even got to meet the owner who is a gem of a person, great man!! I recommend anyone looking for a Ford truck to take the drive and experience service at its optimum best!!

Lombard Ford is the best! And so is Dan!!! My mother in law has been going there since 1988! She referred me and I am so glad that she did! Dave and Dan are a powerhouse team! And Mike is also great! They made sure that I understood everything that was going on and being a first time dealership buyer this was so important to me. They made sure I understood every step and were very helpful with any questions that I did have! My experience with Lombard Ford was extraordinary. The website and online information are accurate and well organized. As a result, it is easy to shop for cars only and find a car that fits one's needs. In addition, it was straightforward to set up an appointment for a test drive. Our sales consultant Mark Jones was fantastic. He explained everything my wife and I needed to know regarding the car we were interested in detail. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was transparent when describing the features he thought were important when buying a vehicle. The finance manager Mike Mans was phenomenal. He is exceptionally polite and trustworthy. The level of detail of his explanations was outstanding. He went above and beyond when discussing the multiple financing options available. He puts his clients first at all times. He was genuinely interested in understanding our situation and made enormous efforts to get the best deal for us. He will not give up on you. The buying process was smooth. Mark showed us the car in detail and gave us a tutorial on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. Good face to face experience, happy with the car now, required much more additional investment than expected for the amount of money paid. Will not be a repeat buyer. Update: 10/11/2020 Put 2,500 miles on this car (Total of 12K), car making a throbbing sound on the highway,, thought it was a front bearing. Turns out the issue was not bearings, but after Ford had the car for a week, they discovered the issue was 3 of the 4 tires had a flat spot. So add another $1,200.

I purchase a Certified 2017 Ford Mustang GT Convertible from Lombard Ford. They had the largest inventory of Mustangs I have ever seen. I made my choice on their website than spoke to salesman Steve Weir. Steve was friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and always replied to my emails. I drove 1 1/2 hours to Lombard Ford and I was blown away. No tricks, no gimmicks, and no pressure. The factory Mustangs were pristine, my grabber blue GT had only 4800 miles and was loaded. I saved $12,000 over new. Then Lombard agreed to store the vehicle for me until winter was over. They also installed a performance exhaust for me before I took delivery. If you are looking for a Ford, especially a Mustang take the drive to Lombard. The Best dealership I have ever dealt with and this is my 5th Ford.
