While traveling I bought a new phone and was unable to send or receive calls. I was pretty upset. We found the Waxahachie store along our route and stopped in. Johny Faustino quickly sat us down and calmly determined the problem with my phone, and immediately fixed it. I am pleased and grateful for the fast service. By the way the store was pristine, and there were two other eager employees ready to help.

He was knowledgeable about the latest versions of phones and benefits of which ones we should go with.
