Visited may 29 to have phones checked.was greeted when walked in took name down waited on me in 20 minutes took care of the problem.Staff was very professional. Definitely recommend this store

55 minutes is not "real quick". To your response- Your employees, while nice, are poorly trained and inevitably fall into the traps of your computer system, which is flat out terrible. We care about your time is what people who don't care about your time say.

Came in because i needed help with my phone. Christina was rude and answered the phone twice to talk to other customers when I was standing right there in front of her… She didn’t ask if they would hold, instead she carried on conversations when I was there first. I don’t know if this is how T-Mobile works or how the employees operate at that store… But when I walked in, there was a gentleman helping another man, and he continued to help the man who was there before me, and that’s how it should be. Christina should also be polite when speaking to people on the phone… And she wasn’t

My experience was a little slow but it was because the staff was paying close attention to detail with each customer. After some discussion and paying off a device, they moved my service from a Sprint account to a T-Mobile account and it will save me $40 a month. Very professional staff, I will definitely use this store even though it's a little further from my house than the other T-Mobile store in town.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G 120 GB storage. Recieved a great promotional deal for switching from Metro to T-Mobile. Christina is excellent. I recommend going to her for your next Galaxy S21 Ultra, or iPhone 13 max.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Went in to upgrade my sons phone because his stopped working correctly when the Sprint T-Mobile merger happened. Kristin, the manager, lied to my face and told me there were only three phones available in the “tech up” plan for those customers experiencing these issues since the merger. They were all no name phones that we had never heard of. Called the corporate number and the rep got my son a Samsung with the tech up program for free with a 24 month contract. I guess Kristin knew she wouldn’t make money off of us and didn’t want to deal with it. I even told her these phones were available with his upgrade and she told me they weren’t. The rep was really apologetic about the whole situation.
