I went thru drive thru ordered waited in second line for 45 minutes nobody ever came out to ask what order was or why the delay then. We had 20+ vehicles get there order and go so after that long of wait we drove off and took business elsewhere very upset I never have bad service at whataburger but I’ll never go here again. Get better service people that care.

We stopped by this Whataburger on the way to San Antonio. Convenient location, right off the highway. What impressed us about this Whataburger is that the food was hot and fresh- especially the fries! We have been disappointed in Whataburger’s fries lately so we were really happy about that. They even took the time to write our names on the bag so we knew whose food was whose on our road trip. All of our customizations and add-ons were correct. Location was clean and staff were friendly. We highly recommend and will be stopping by on our next trip through town!

It really depends on the time of day or night. The service will differ. and the wait time will be greatly differ. Grilled chicken is always cooked on the spot. Chrispy is a hit and miss when it comes to juicy

The food was fresh off the grill. Absolutely a joy to finally find a Whataburger that was not reheating patties off the grill so many of the chains are just disappointing but this one was cooking fresh such a pleasure. The staff was not warm to me I wonder if it was how our society is turning from being kind to everyone I cannot say but I was watching how they were treating everyone else but did not treat me in the same manner. Parking: To speak about the dietary restrictions I didn't see any but I did see plenty of salads that you could choose from. Wheelchair access was there in parking was plentiful.

The Whataburgers here are great. I like the #2 double meat Whataburger. I just like to order the burger by itself, because I'm cutting. I order it, with toasted buns, mustard on both sides all the way, with extra onions. And a Coke Zero to wash it down. You don't need fries or onion rings to go with it. To many calories. It's a good meal. Stop on in on Sundays, since they're having the flea market next door. Awesome Whataburger location. A+

Good food... Slow service. Unless you place your order online, expect a slow response and irritated employees because you didn't use their online app. BTW... Don't order iced tea. You get 4 ice cubes and a cup of hot tea. Ice is gone before you are done paying.

We had the best customer service from Samantha Alvarez Salazar, she was super friendly and gave us the best food we have ever had from Whataburger, Super friendly and my daughter was even suggesting she get a raise for the awesome food and service and she's 10 years old, we need more employees like you, keep up the great work😊

Whataburger is probably good everywhere. What sets the individual restaurants apart from each other are the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. This one was clean, the staff were friendly enough to take our orders and bring our food out to us. Nice! The next great thing is the convenience of its location, it's right next to the highway!! It doesn't get any easier than that.

Whoever did nick millers online order on 3/29/22 I just gotta say it was worth the 14 minute wait n to the guy I spoke to didn’t get your name man but appreciate the cookie n pie. N don’t let people bring you down or make you nervous not that you were or weren’t but I’m glad I asked what was the hold up ❤️ Sons enjoying that cookie with his Order as well. But seriously whoever did my burger it looks like art seriously holding up well n took my time with it lol 😂 Tired my best with the picture not really a photographer used to be back in the day but not everything sticksz.
