Called on a whim near closing time to see if they could do an alignment on my car after we did some front end repairs. Spoke to Dave and he was awesome, said come on over. I got there and it took under an hour to get it done. The mechanics did a great job! We're very happy and now.... so is our car :)

Went in for an oil change because got a coupon in mail and the online reviews were good. But I was twice as much as other places I have been for an oil change WITH the coupon. I usually pay $70 for an oil change but was charged $130 at this location. And the customer service was mediocre at best. The guy in front was not acknowledging the customer so I has to say hi first and ask about the services.

Scheduling and appointment was super easy! Exceptionally friendly staff and fast service. Once the initial inspection was completed, they sent an electronic version for me to approve so that way I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Very painless process! Definitely will use again. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change, Vehicle safety inspection

And a year later they were able to help me again without any problems. They provided top tier service and their hospitality was just as great. The manager David went above and beyond to help me when my water pump failed and shredded my serpentine belt. He was very compassionate and his mechanics did great work in a short period of time so that I could have my car back! 10/10 highly recommend City Garage in Lewisville, and will definitely be bringing my car back for all future work.

If you are in need of great, transparent, and reliable vehicle repair, definitely check out City Garage!! The team at City Garage saved our family 4th of July trip! We needed the size of my vehicle to get us out to the lake with all of our 'stuff', but my brakes were making a terrible grinding sound the night before. We wouldn't have been able to make our trip if it wasn't for ya'll! I called and spoke with David who was very kind on the phone. Mind you, this was the 6th place we had called that morning. At this point we only had a small possibility of an appointment later in the afternoon at another garage….which later they called to cancel on us. But back to David! He assured me my brakes would be repaired the same day so we could safely get back on the road. He was very thorough in what I could expect for my service that day and it made me feel very comfortable. Shortly after their diagnostic, I received a text with the details of their inspection. From the text I could determine what services I wanted done that day. It was a very seemleas process. Needless to say, I was able to pick up my car by 3 and we were off!! The people were very nice but the outcome was not. AAA recommended this garage to do a 40 point inspection so I asked for this to be done. They came back with a $3000 estimate for repairs. It was obvious they ran an estimate based on mileage, not an actual inspection. I say this because some of the items had just been repaired within the last month. For example, the cabin air filter had just been replaced. Plus, on the estimate, I found two areas where the labor was double charged and also the same service item was listed twice. I went to get a second opinion and they inspected my vehicle only for two of the issues City Garage said needed repaired. They found nothing wrong! Everything was fine and no repairs were needed in these areas. Maybe if people took the time to leaves honest reviews, things would change. Service: Oil change
