Visited this location multiple times sometimes it’s a pleasant experience and sometimes it’s a miserable experience, sometimes they charge you for sauces and sometimes they don’t, today was one of the good days and I enjoyed fast service and getting items correct the first time, food was hot.

At this point just close this location and transfer the 3 employees who come to work. The lobby has been closed for who knows how long, showed up at 7:45pm few nights ago employees just standing around because they was "closed" and now you can't even order at drive thru it has to be door dash uber eats etc. I refuse to spend extra money for inconvenience. Do better Popeyes on Forrest Lane and 75!

I would recommend going to a different location if you crave Louisiana style food. The experience was just horrible. The menu at the drive thru was not at all accurate. I asked the person taking my order to please tell me what combos they have. She said- what do you want? I said, chicken! I just don't know what comes in the combo's. She read them out to me. I thank her and pull up to the window. The person there hands me my drink . It is so messy and sticky all over the cup. I asked him for napkins to clean the cup and he gives them to me and watches me clean my cup. Then I get my order and it is completely wrong. I call to Popeyes to let them know...and no one answers. I finally got someone who is portraying a manger....and I let her know what has happened. She called herself Diana and my receipt said my order was taken by Sabrina- she didn't care. She basically says....what do you want me to do about it? 😳😳 I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Not worth paying for small chicken, (size of wings) and over priced sides. Popeyes has REALLY lowered their standards. I'm disgusted.

Tried to go through drive-thru at 10:20am. No answer. Tried the door at 10:25am. Locked. Several employees inside, slowly moving chairs, sipping on sodas, ignoring me. One finally came over and told me they'd open in 20 or so minutes. Posted opening is 10am. This keeps happening at Popeyes, several different locations. Went to Whataburger, got served quickly.

They seem pretty disorganized in there, but they got my food done in a timely manner. I enjoyed my chicken it was cooked thoroughly. The manager was really really really nice and I did not get her name. They also gave lots of sauces and stuff, though I didn’t need it. But I appreciate the thought.

I had a scheduled pickup at 7:40pm. When I get there the cashier says I don’t have a mobile order and asks 2 different people how to look it up until the manager comes and finds the order in seconds on the screen. They tell me my order will be ready in 3 minutes. While waiting, I saw 4 different people come in and complain about various issues with their orders. Lots of items missing and some getting spicy when they ordered regular (foreshadowing). The employees were giving homeless people extra food for free which I thought was nice. 17 minutes after the scheduled time, my simple order of a chicken sandwich meal with a 2 piece was ready. I checked the order as soon as I was handed the bag and saw the fries were missing. I told the woman and was told I needed to show proof that I ordered fries. While that is understandable, why do I have to pull up my mobile order when it’s your job and you could just look at the screen faster? I did show her and got my fries. The food was fine but the service was terrible- very slow, unapologetic, incompetent, and rude. A simple sorry would’ve went a long way, but they constantly made me feel like I was in the wrong.

First time getting the spicy chicken sandwich with side of red beans and rice that’s never get but Instead they give French fries and like old old chickens sandwich with lots of mayo, but they make sure to gave me a fork for my red and beans lol, I leave a picture so y’all can judge by yourself self never coming back again not a $9 dls meal worth it smh

I was in a hurry and needed to get to get something to eat and stopped by this location and got a 3PC rice and potatoes totaled $12.86 and look at this. It’s the 3 smallest PC in the store and old I would like a refund!!! look at this, I will not be eating this tonight. No one is answering the phone while preparing the post they are still open the current time of last call is 9:39PM! And it just stops ringing. The 1.Wing. 2.Leg 3.Thigh all we’re old and fit in side of the small potatoes lid. 2star due to they answered the phone @9:47

I paid for a 12piece chicken order on 10/14/21 at 5.34pm only to get home to find only 10pieces after having spent 30mins waiting in line at the drive through. I'm calling their phone to make a complaint but no one is picking up. This is so so unacceptable.
