Ordered Original Chicken at 645pm Tues November 1st. Whoever is cooking back there is way off his game and the recipe. Chicken is the completely bland. No salt, pepper or taste beyond deep fried flour. Too tired to return it. So I seasoned with truffle hot sauce & cooked it again.

Good place to get a nice meal for the whole family. Fair prices for food but sometimes they don't have any spicy chicken so that may be inconvenient for some people.

This food was delivered so im not sure how much that plays into this, but delivery distance was less than 6 minutes away... My personal opinion but the chicken was bland the mild coating didn't have a hint of salt and more soggy than crunchy. Chicken its self certain prices were juicy but some of them were dry. Fried okra was cold and chewy again no seasoning "baked Mac and cheese" was more of a soup consistency. The biscuit was stale and cold and the honey coating would be an awesome touch if it hadn't hardened into this weird candy coating. Not a 1 star because there was a 3rd party delivering the food which could play a factor but still not overly happy for like $25

Why I get home after I order and I get this from a manager after like why does it look like I got someone's left over out from the trash like I can't feed my kids this it smells rancid like it had been left out then reheat I paid $20 for this I live to far and gas is to high to go back I've been calling and nobody answers the phone I want my money back please

I just purchased a 11 piece and a family fry box omg when I got home I couldn't serve my kids this food it looked like if they used someone left over fries and gave them to me and the chicken was burned like if they reheated it to long I never go to this location but since my kids were hungry I stopped I would love my money back I work to hard for a manager to sell me food that someone else left on the table am very disappointed if anyone knows what I can do to get my money back let me know

Don’t waste your money… Brown gravy is like water… food is never fresh.. not to mention there soda drinks taste juice

They gave me an incomplete order! I was missing 4 Honey-Butter Biscuits I tried to speak with someone on behalf of my order, no one answers the phone.

Everything was burnt fries were super old these people need to be retrained this is the most simple things you can make in the food industry I will not be coming back and I will continue to follow up with someone who can check on this store this is ridiculous if I had the choice they would not even get a star

It was not a very pleasant experience at all. The older man behind the counter and the girl at the window were very rude. Jessica V. (The girl at the window) had a attitude with me while I was ordering and was upset about me paying with a one hundred bill. I didn't have any smaller bills and apologized but she rolled her eyes and sighed. When I got my daughter's food it was dry and looked as if it were under a heat lamp for some time. When I went inside to ask for fresh food they were rude I could hear them talking about me in the kitchen.
