Totally disappointed with my order. The Mac&Cheese bowl with spicy chicken was awful, literally a bowl of grease! I threw it away at the QT across the hwy from there... NEVER AGAIN!

Just had a spicy chicken sandwich delivered and took one bite and threw up, absolutely disgusting, tried calling several times and they don’t bother to answer. You should be ashamed, I’ll be letting corporate know about this experience.

A bunch of unprofessional gals standing at the counter who sincerely lacks customer service skills.. ordered crispy fried chicken and despite telling them to serve fresh hot chicken, they gave me a bucket of cold chicken pieces.. and when asked about it , she said you have to wait for 20mins for fresh chicken.. couldn't she tell me about it before giving me my food.. and that too they are not apologetic about it and made faces as if every time they smile it costs them a dollar.. the same outlet also served me same stale bucket chicken last time I came here and when I told them about it, they just made an expression less face.. by the way rudest among the lot was a girl named "Abigail".. and needless to say that the place is dirty, stinky and they are not even cleaning the tables after the customers left.. the toilets are messy and toilet papers everywhere and stinky... and the shift / store manager "Sandra" was not bothered about the whole thing..Photos attached..
