I love the extra everything.. The reason is that it said ready but when I got there, I still wait for my order another 10 min. They don't have anyone in restaurant so they should help out the mobile orders instead standing around! ~Longhorn1288

I am very disappointed with this KFC location, i ordered a family meal they did not put my biscuit order along with mashed potatoes when i got home i called this location but i could not get a answer. The next day called this location again to voice my displeasure. So the manager offered me a free family meal.she told me to redeemed is any time,so now i get my phone number blocked. So i let it go! so i went back to purchase 12 piece wings and waited for 7 minutes so i went to eat wings bit into it. It was raw in the inside. Called but no answer again. I used to love going here for lunch, now ill sit out hoping they will get new management. i will go somewhere with good customer service. In my opinion i would highly recommend not to go this location. If the manager treats customers like this imagine the employees. ~Greg

I was in a hurry and needed to get to get something to eat and stopped by this location and got a 3PC rice and potatoes totaled $12.86 and look at this. It’s the 3 smallest PC in the store and old I would like a refund!!! look at this, I will not be eating this tonight. No one is answering the phone while preparing the post they are still open the current time of last call is 9:39PM! And it just stops ringing. The 1.Wing. 2.Leg 3.Thigh all we’re old and fit in side of the small potatoes lid. 2star due to they answered the phone @9:47 ~James

The regular fried chicken is the very best (plenty of crispy crust with good coverage, and thick skin spots are virtually nonexistent); the chicken strips, on the other hand, are the very worst (under-cooked spots, bony grizzy spots from odd cut chicken pieces, crust is thin and spotty). This establishment has some of the friendliest staff though; I’m giving it 5 stars for their great Regular Chicken. For those looking for Strips though, steer clear. ~Dal

Totally disappointed with my order. The Mac&Cheese bowl with spicy chicken was awful, literally a bowl of grease! I threw it away at the QT across the hwy from there... NEVER AGAIN! ~Lill

This food was delivered so im not sure how much that plays into this, but delivery distance was less than 6 minutes away... My personal opinion but the chicken was bland the mild coating didn't have a hint of salt and more soggy than crunchy. Chicken its self certain prices were juicy but some of them were dry. Fried okra was cold and chewy again no seasoning "baked Mac and cheese" was more of a soup consistency. The biscuit was stale and cold and the honey coating would be an awesome touch if it hadn't hardened into this weird candy coating. Not a 1 star because there was a 3rd party delivering the food which could play a factor but still not overly happy for like $25 ~Christian

DO NOT ORDER THE MINI CHURROS!! 1st time I ordered them, they forgot to add cinnamon sugar 2nd time they were so burnt they were crumbling into dust 3rd time they confused the SALT with the SUGAR and almost made me vomit when I ate one. DONT ORDER THE MINI CHURROS ~Ms.
