Whoa came for the brand and left wondering what we just walked into. This place was a disaster inside and out. The stairs on the way looked like they were out of a Saw film tons of stains. The food was almost gone at 5 pm and the dining area wasn't much better. We should have left when hair was on the cashier's desk rolling by when paying. On the way to dump what we paid for we noticed that almost everything in the garbage was unfinished.

I love the extra everything.. The reason is that it said ready but when I got there, I still wait for my order another 10 min. They don't have anyone in restaurant so they should help out the mobile orders instead standing around!

I like it here, the food is always fresh and good. recently it's been very busy (probably because of tiktok) . Unfortunately the staff is jn a bad mood because of it. I totally understand , but it's probably good for them to be aware that kindness goes a long way.

I love bowls offered by Chipotle. Prompt service. Friendly staff. However, this store was a bit dirty. Management can definitely do better.

Food is delicious, service is not too bad, but the employees need to be a little more friendly with customers and change that cold attitude. Only the cashier a white female was very friendly . Plus the location needs to have clean tables at all the time for customers.

As the former closing cashier I’m disgusted with the GM here and how he treats his employees. There was conflict of interest happening towards me by this GM and when I reported it the same GM gossips about the situation to the workers. I was wrongfully terminated by my own GM for job abandonment when I clearly reported my leave of absence which is a benefit to chipotle employees. My GM here was aware and approved it, his boss (field leader) was also aware. Things got out of hand I had to transfer out to a different store and finds out I lost all of my benefits for being wrongfully terminated. Side note: he’s a new GM to this store as of January 2022. Ever since he’s taken over he’s lost a lot of good people including the ones that has been with this company over 5 years and 10 years. That speaks a lot for itself.

Came in Saturday at 615pm. The dining room is filthy. The people or person running this location should be ashamed of themselves. There is literally a garbage area with no trash bin where people are still putting trash in the hole and it’s just laying on the ground.

I just got home opened my order (so ready to enjoy my meal ) and realized that there weren't anything else that just meat and rice😡

My food was splendid. The reviews for this were low and my guest hates Mexican food and was very upset in coming. But when she ate she thoroughly enjoyed her food and had a renewed outlook on Chipotle. This is such a dependable restaurant to find quality food when traveling. Vegetarian options: I got completely plant based food. Guac is free for of you don't get the Tofu based sofritos.

Eh it's alright. Pretty basic. Even the spicy sauce wasn't very spicy. I only went here because a girl I was dating wanted to go. While I was impressed by the increased selection from last time I went in 2017, the flavor is a little higher than gray cafeteria food. Money for what you get? Not worth it imo.
