12 Best restaurant in Dallas, Texas (TX) 2024

Location is convenient, but the building is dated and cramped inside. The concrete around the pumps is greasy most days. If it wasn't right next to I-35E, or if there was a better option on the northbound side, I would never come here. ~Charles

Recovering from from a problem and issue should always garner great praise and in this case it is given. After the issues we had the prior night with our call ahead and then arrival snafu. I made sure to both book a reservation and then reconfirm it. When we arrived early I anticipated that our table may not be ready and when we checked with the hostess stand it was not. So we proceeded the bar and had a wonderful cocktail. I recommend trying one of their many craft made cocktails that they have available. Now being to the restaurant several times I've yet to order one that I am not extremely pleased with sipping. By the time we were 3/4 of the way through our cocktail, we received a text from the hostess stand that our table was ready and we sat for dinner. The wait staff was prompt, courteous. Knowledgeable and extremely attentive. To the timing of the food of both appetizers and the meal were well done. The flavors or as I remember them 6 months ago, being wonderful, when I was last here. We look forward to coming back many many times. ~Frederick

I was in a hurry and needed to get to get something to eat and stopped by this location and got a 3PC rice and potatoes totaled $12.86 and look at this. It’s the 3 smallest PC in the store and old I would like a refund!!! look at this, I will not be eating this tonight. No one is answering the phone while preparing the post they are still open the current time of last call is 9:39PM! And it just stops ringing. The 1.Wing. 2.Leg 3.Thigh all we’re old and fit in side of the small potatoes lid. 2star due to they answered the phone @9:47 ~James

The regular fried chicken is the very best (plenty of crispy crust with good coverage, and thick skin spots are virtually nonexistent); the chicken strips, on the other hand, are the very worst (under-cooked spots, bony grizzy spots from odd cut chicken pieces, crust is thin and spotty). This establishment has some of the friendliest staff though; I’m giving it 5 stars for their great Regular Chicken. For those looking for Strips though, steer clear. ~Dal

customer service was okay I was greeted by a lady she took my orderI had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra the total was $7.57 starting with the chicken fries steak it was okay it could have been fresher the mashed potatoes were delicious however the gravy look like coffee and cream flavorless the okra was hot and crispy just a little too well done. ~Stephanie

So overall ok. I had a salad, which was very large in size and tasted good. I asked for crispy chicken but got grilles. The place was clean inside but the outside seating was gross. The person who took our order but kind of blah. I'm not scoring on that cuz it kind of just seemed to be their personality but yea... my family got wings. They were just ok. Nothing special. They're whole wings, cooked well. But just weren't like omg I need to come back. Basic. ~Jessica

Pat was taking the orders and she is a true treasure! Very nice lady, representative for your company. The restaurant is clean and the food is good. Sauces, napkins, lids and straws all in stock. Great selection of beverages too. Even the restroom was clean, at least in comparison to some places. Standard Taco Bell fare and nothing seemed to been just thrown together. Great experience and highly recommend! Features: Unused sauce packets get thrown away. Plastic divider at the register. ~Bradley

Had my car washed. Stopped here always drove past. I love the service. My waitresses name is Angela. She's new 2nd day & she made my experience superb. Super nice, attentive & fast. I ordered the steak with fries & a diet Coke. Everything was tasty. Stop by when you're on Northwest Highway. ~MsD
